Night Seventy-Three

"No, they respect the fact that I can make a choice." She turned to him. "Would you still bite me when you know I can make a choice? Even when you know it's not going to be you?" 

Trapping her against the wall, he brought his head closer to her neck. "I should because as long as you haven't chosen one of us, and he would return it, we're still free to bite you." Tempted, he almost bit her but was stopped.

"Laito, this night is for the Mukami's, and you know this." He could've bitten her for real if it wasn't for them. Chisana knew she was running out of time and out of excuses fast.

"But it's like your blood is calling out to me, Chisa-chan, and your aroma is seducing me. I wanna bite you... I have to bite you." Feeling a hand on his shoulder, Laito was thrown away and ended up with his back against the wall.

Reiji intervened on time and pushed his glasses back up. "You are aware that tonight is for the Mukami's, Laito, and not for you to give in to your desires or perverted tendencies. Control yourself or leave."

Laito smirked and left the room without saying anything. His suspicion that those two were a couple got stronger with each passing night.

"Did he..."

"No, and I know you heard me saying the same to him. Tonight is for the Mukami's." We can't wait long anymore, darling. In a moment, she stood on her toes and stole a quick kiss.

Also aware that they couldn't wait for much longer, Reiji hugged her. "Is he doing this more often?"

"Yes, and not him alone. There is also Ayato, Kanato, and Shu." I don't know what is going on. Do they know and are trying to get us to confess, or is it something else? With one more kiss, she walked back into her room. "Everything is ready for the facial mask." She stopped when she saw Yuma with Yui in his arms. 

"I love to," mentioned Yui weakly. "Yuma-kun, please."

"Yuma, not so much." Ruki placed his hand on his shoulder to stop him.

Yuma licked the wounds to make them disappear.

This is because Reiji and I are together, and only they know. Well, Yui knows something, but not everything. Chisana made sure Yui drank something first. "Come on, bathroom first, then our masks and a nap. I'm sure Reiji and Ruki will finish their game before Ruki will come to bite you..."

Ruki looked at Reiji. "I don't mind a cup of tea to give her a little more time. I wouldn't want her to faint if I bit her too soon."

With the Mukami's gone, Reiji saw the girls asleep on Chisana's bed. Carefully, he cleaned a few things up when Ayato came into the room. "Take her to her room without waking her up."

Letting out a disappointed sound, Ayato picked Yui up. "She's heavy."

"Or you're too weak." Reiji knew he could lift both girls, even if he preferred to have Chisana in his arms. "Go." With his brother gone, he looked around the room and smiled. The framed flower was the flower he gave her and was on the bedside table. Every other photo with Yui was on the wall above her bed on a line. Focusing on his brothers, he didn't sense anyone near them. Seeing her with the bear in her arms, he let out a chuckle and removed the bear.

Stirring, Chisana opened her eyes for missing the bear. Reiji, darling, I prefer to cuddle with you than the bear.

Without using any words, he got next to her and pulled her closer while kissing her. Something he wished to do for a while.

Responding to his kiss, she put her arm around him. Hmm, so much better. She couldn't think anymore when his hand found its way under her shirt and on her back. A pleasant shiver traveled down her spine, and she pulled his shirt up a little.
