Ch. 15: Flirting

One morning Allie is in her cell she just got dressed from taking a shower and Marie stands in the doorway

'Hey, you got a minute to talk?' Marie asks, Allie looks at her

'Yeah, come in' Allie says

Allie sits on her bed and Marie stands in front of the sink facing Allie

'After I talked to Boomer the other night I forgot to talk to you too' Marie says

'About what?' Allie asks

'Saying thank you for my ass literally from a death beating' Marie says, Allie smiles

'I just know Kaz really does love you in some twisted way and I know that if you did die she would be heart broken, I have never seen her open up to someone like she has with you so don't mess it up or I will come after you' Allie says

'Ok fair enough, I thought you were protective of me now?' Marie asks

'I am but Kaz is like a mother figure to me so if they mess with her or break her heart I will come after them, but you are just more than Kaz's girlfriend you are a strong woman who doesn't need someone to protective you but sometimes we need someone to protect us from the bad people and if I'm that person for you then so be it and plus you're my friend too so there's that too' Allie says, Marie smiles

'Thank you I appreciate that, now I have Kaz, Lou, Reb, Mandy and now you to protect me and I appreciate that too' Marie says

'Besides I need to be on best behavior' Allie says

'Why?, what did you do this time?' Marie asks

'Ok this time I didn't do this on purpose but one of the other inmates got a little too handsy with me in the indoor gym and I'm afraid that it will be get back to Bea and we know how Bea gets when it comes to other girls in here' Allie says

'Handsy how?' Marie asks

'Can I show you, if you don't mind' Allie says

'Yeah, sure' Marie says

'Alright this is what happened' Allie says

Allie gets up and walks up to Marie Allie puts hand on Marie's shirt at the bottom and lifts it up and puts her hand on Marie's waist, then Allie steps back

'And that's what I grab her hand and told that I'm happily taken' Allie says, Marie puts her shirt down

'Well your first mistake was not grabbing her hand sooner when she touch your shirt and then saying that, I think that Bea needs to know what happened' Marie says

'Yeah, I better go talk to her' Allie says, when she gets to the doorway

'Allie?' Marie says, Allie stops in the doorway and turns around

'Yeah?' Allie asks

'I'm sorry for everything that I did to you before coming in here and while being in here' Marie says, Allie smiles and walks up to

'Listen I already forgiven you for what happened in the pass, when you forgive someone you're not doing it for them you're doing it for yourself so you can be set free that way you can start fresh and I have when I met Bea, and you have too with Kaz and you have proven to pretty everybody that you have changed and that you redeem yourself too' Allie says, Marie smiles

'You said earlier that we are friends now, do you really mean that?' Marie asks, Allie smiles and kisses her on the forehead

'Yes I really do mean that, fresh start for the both of us friendship wise' Allie says, Marie smiles

'Well I'm glad to hear that, in the meantime go and talk to Bea' Marie says

'Right, I'll see you later friend' Allie says

She winks at her and leaves, Marie smiles and shakes her head, then leaves Allie's cell

Bea and Maxine just walked out of the showers and sees Allie standing across the hallway waiting on Bea

'I'll meet you in the cafeteria' Maxine says

'Ok' Bea says, Maxine leaves

As Maxine walks pass Allie they smile at each other Bea walks up to Allie

'Hey, I thought we were going to meet in the cafeteria' Bea says

'I know but I just remembered something that I need to tell you before you hear it from the other person' Allie says, Bea looks at her confused

'Ok what is it?' Bea asks

'The other day in the gym in the basement one girl came up to me and started to get a little handsy with me' Allie says

'Handsy how?' Bea asks

'Can I show you on you, if that's ok?' Allie asks

'Yeah of course' Bea says, Allie shows her what she did to Marie

'Then when she did that I told her that I'm happily taken, I'm guessing she didn't know that I was because everybody knows that we are together around here' Allie says

'Not Unit H3 & H4 because they are on the other side of the prison' Bea says

'How would they get here anyway?' Allie asks

'Tunnels probably that goes from their end to ours' Bea says

'Yeah well I'm not working out there again unless it's one of you guys' Allie says

'Good because I'm coming with you for now on' Bea says, Allie smiles

'I'm not surprised, I'm sorry for not telling you about this sooner there's just been too much going on around here lately, if it happens next time I'll tell you right away' Allie says

'Yeah you better or you will be in trouble with me' Bea says

'Oh I will be after I tell you this, I just told Marie about what happened and she said that I should tell you because if it not and she hears from other person then who is she going to believe' Allie says

'I would believe you no matter what because I know that you won't do anything to hurt me, us or relationship especially with everything that we have been through already, why was Marie there for?' Bea asks

'Just to talk to say thank you for saving her from death beating and to apologize for everything that she has done in the past to me and I told her I already forgiven her and we both have moved on and now we're just friends' Allie says

'Well I'm glad that you just told one other person but next time just come to me right away if something like this happens again' Bea says

'I will' Allie says

'On the other I'm glad that you and Marie are friends now instead on opposite sides, see I told you she would come around eventually' Bea says

'Yeah, Kaz must be doing something right to keep Marie's head on straight' Allie says

'Yeah it's called sex' Bea says, they laugh

'You ready for breakfast?' Allie asks

'Mmmmm, not yet' Bea says, she kisses her

'Now I am' Bea says, Allie smiles, They leave holding hands heading towards the cafeteria

In the cafeteria at their table

'Everything ok between you two now?' Marie asks

'Yeah it is' Allie says, her and Bea looks at each other and smiles

'Marie?' Bea asks, Marie looks at her

'Yeah' Marie says

'Thank you for getting her head out of her ass' Bea says, everybody laughs

'Hey!' Allie says, everybody laughs, Marie smiles

'You're welcome Bea' Marie says, Bea smiles at her

Everybody eats there breakfast with teasing each other and with laughter too
