Ch. 18: Training

Rita left for a couple of weeks for training one day in the hallway Allie is taking to Bea and she has her right hand on the wall leaning into Bea and Reb is standing at the other waiting on for one of them to leave Bea and Allie kiss and they say something to each other then Bea leaves and she walks around Allie, Allie watches her walk down the other hallway and once Bea turns the corner Allie looks at Reb and he sees that he's biting his finger nails nervously Allie walks up to him

'That's a bad habit to break' Allie says, teasing Reb, Reb looks at her

'Sorry for making it look like that I'm some kind of creepy person' Reb says, Allie smiles

'It's fine, so what's up?' Allie asks

'I want to learn how to defend myself if I have to, can you teach me how to do your workout routine is?' Reb asks

'Just one question, why not ask Lou to help you out?' Allie asks

'You have seen her workout before right?' Reb asks, Allie chuckles

'Ok you got a point there, I'll tell you what I know someone in here who can really help you defend yourself' Allie says

'Really who?' Reb asks, Allie smiles

'That's a surprise, but don't worry this person can be trusted' Allie says

'I guess that I have to take your word for it' Reb says

'Don't worry this won't hurt you' Allie says

(A/n: any guesses of who it is?')

'Alright then' Reb says, Allie walks up closer to Reb

'I made a promise to your mom that I won't let anybody hurt you, so until you feel comfortable being around this person I'll be there to make sure nothing happens to you' Allie says

'Now that's something I can get on board with' Reb says

'Alright let's go' Allie says, they leave

In the Governor's office Allie is in there talking to Vera about Reb training with this person

'Well I'm ok with it because I trust this person as much as you do and everybody else does too, they just got back they should be in their office but knock first just in case' Vera says

'Ah, gotcha you' Allie says, getting the hint

'Officer Jackson!?' Vera yells, he opens the door and walks in

'Ms. Novak is ready to go back' Vera says

'Yes ma'am' Mr. Jackson says, Allie gets up

'Thank you Governor' Allie says, Vera smiles

'You're welcome Ms. Novak' Vera says, Allie and Mr. Jackson leaves

Allie gets to this person's office and the door is open she stands in the doorway

'Welcome back detective Connors' Allie says

Rita looks at her and smiles she gets up and hugs her, Rita looks at her

'It's good to be back' Rita says

'Have you seen Officer Miles yet?' Allie asks

'No I actually don't know which side she's working on today' Rita says

'In the cafeteria today' Officer Miles says, she stands in the doorway, Rita looks at her

'Hey' Rita says, Officer Miles smiles

'Hey' Officer Miles, she walks up to Rita and kisses her

'Welcome back' Officer Miles says, Rita smiles
