"No time to see, L/N..." one of them said. He proceed to take off his hood to reveal himself to us. My eyes widen as I let out a shaky breath. No way...

Y/N P.O.V

I stare at Kazemaru in disbelief. The others take off their hoods to reveal our friends. "No. This can't be real. This isn't real, right?? This is some kind of sick joke! That's what it is, right??" I exclaimed. All of them just stares at me with a cold gaze.

"No, it isn't a joke, L/N..." Kazemaru said. He walks up to me. "This is reality. This stone... you don't know how amazing it felt. The moment I touched it. This... power flowing through me. It's exactly what I had been looking for. Accept our challenge, and we'll show you just how amazing it is. I can finally be the strongest. I'll be worthy for you, L/N. Once I show you just how strong I have become. You would want to be with me, right?" He said.

"This isn't how I want things to be, Kazemaru!!" I yelled out. Tears starts gathering in my eyes. I blink my eyes, feeling my tears flowing down my cheeks. "I don't want to see you guys have fallen... getting stronger by relying on such trick! That isn't strength!" I said.

"Easy for you to say, Miss L/N" the man said, stepping forward. I turn my head to look at him. "You're born with unbelievable power. Wherever you came from out there..." he said. Kazemaru's eyes widen slightly at his comment. The man turn his head to look at him. "Oh, you didn't know? Your beloved L/N Y/N here is not an ordinary human... she came from the outer space, or we should just call her an alien" he said. Kazemaru and the others stares at me in shock after they learned my true identity.

I lower my gaze as I grit my teeth. I knew that some will treat me differently given my real identity. The fact that I'm not a human. Will I be an outcast forever?

"Don't talk about L/N like that!!" Kidou yelled out as he steps up to stand next to me. I turn my head to look at him. "Whether she's human or not. It doesn't matter to me! And if you truly love her, Kazemaru... it shouldn't be bothering you!" He said.

"Who said it bothers me? I was just a little surprised... that's all" Kazemaru said. I turn my head to look at him. He smiles softly at me. "Nothing will ever changed the way I feel for you, L/N. I'll always love you. That's why I'll show you that I'm the strongest..." he said.

"It doesn't matter to me!! It's true that I want the people I care for to be strong. Not just physically but mentally as well. And I'm not talking about instant result by relying on this kind of trick! I want the people I care for to be stronger by diligence and hard work! Not like this!" I said. He just stares at me without saying anything. I grit my teeth in frustration.

"There's no such thing as instant, Kazemaru. Anything that is instant will always have drawbacks and I don't want you to experience something like that! You saw didn't you... when I used up too much strength. What it did to me!" I said. I know Kazemaru is thinking about the times I collapsed from using too much strength during our games.

"As much as I hate to admit it... I came to this earth with the meteorite that you're all using to gain strength. If it has such effect on me... what would happen to you if you abuse its power?!" I said. He just keeps staring at me, without any response. That's when I realize that he wouldn't back down from this. The only way to get him to open his eyes is by showing him the true soccer, just like the others did for me.

We head to the field and starts warming up. I turn to look at the others worriedly. We had just finished our match against the Genesis. Now we have to play against the Dark Emperor. Will they all be all right?

Domon notices the look on my face. "Hey, we'll be okay, L/N. If that's what you're worried about" he said. The others turns their heads to look at me, finally taking a notice of the worry that is showing on my face.

"He's right... if you're worried about our conditions. I assure you, we'd be fine" Kidou said, gently patting my shoulder. I close my eyes and let out a sigh. I just nod my head lightly. We agreed to this match because we want them to wake up. I don't want them to rely on the meteorite to gain strength.

We head towards the field and claim our spots. I stand next to Gouenji as our team's forward. The whistle is blown. Gouenji gently kicks the ball towards me. I start to dribble the ball towards their goal. Sugimori is the one protecting the goal.

Kazemaru rushes to block me, but I move out of the way. Ever since I found out my true identity, my body feels a lot lighter and I'm able to move a lot faster. I dodge his attack with ease. But he keeps to move to stand in my way.

I hold the ball under my feet as I stare at Kazemaru who stands in front of me. "I never would have expected that I need to face against you this way, Kazemaru. The last thing I'd expect is witnessing you relying on the Aliea Meteorite. How low have you become, huh??" I said. He just stares at me with an expressionless face. But his eyes reflects his true emotions.

"What would you know, L/N? You're born with the power of the meteorite. You're born to be strong. I have to watch from all of your backs... do you know how that feels? Watching the girl I love... becomes a lot stronger than I'll ever be! I keep worrying that I won't be good enough for you, L/N. That you're way out of my reach! It's just... it's frustrating!" He said.

"Kazemaru..." I said. He takes my distracted self to steal the ball from me. "Damn it!" I cursed under my breath. I can't believe I let him slip past me. Kazemaru passes the ball to Shadow. Kogure, Touko and Tsunami tries to stop his attack. But they failed to stop it. Now it's all up to Endou to strop the kick.

Endou uses his technique, but failed to stop the attack. I rush up to him. "Forgive me, Endou. It's all because I got distracted" I said. He stands up and walks up to me. He gently places his hands on my shoulders.

"It's alright. It's just one point and the game has just started. We can get it back" he said. I just give him a small smile. I still feel bad because I let Kazemaru slip passed me.

I turn my head to look at the Dark Emperor to see them staring at us with triumphant smirk on their face. I grit my teeth in frustration, clenching my hands into tight fists. One way or another... I'll bring their old selves back.
