Kabeyama Heigorou's Ending

I watch as everyone starts to celebrate our success of putting an end to Aliea Academy. I turn my head to look at the boy who has stolen my heart. I'm contemplating how I should reveal my feelings to him. After all, I've made a promise to give an answer once we defeated Aliea Academy.

I smile softly as he turn to look at me. "Kabeyama..." I said, walking up to him. He tilt his head slightly, while starting at me in confusion. "Can you bend down a little?" I asked, holding my hands behind my back as I smile softly at him. He did as requested. But even after bending down, he's still taller than me. Just slightly reachable.

I stand on my toes and give a gentle peck on his lips. He gasp at my action. He stands straight as he stares at me in shock. "You're the one I choose, Heigorou..." I said, smiling softly at him. His eyes starts to tear up at my confession.

"Really... me?" He said, pointing at himself. I smile softly and nod my head. "Even though I've been a coward at times" he said sadly as he lowers his gaze. I frown at his words. I lift my hand, still on my toes to cup his cheek.

"I don't care, Heigorou. It's true that you often get scared. But so what? Everyone have something that they're scared of. Even me. What's important is despite all that, you always fought through and continue on pushing forward. Which is what I admired the most about you, because that's how you get stronger than you are before. And now you're really strong, Heigorou..." I said, giving him a close-eyed smile. I yelped in surprise when he suddenly pulls me into a hug. "Give me a little warning before hugging me next time, yeah?" I said, which makes him laugh nervously.

"Sorry, Y/N... erm, is it okay for me to call you that?" He asked. I smile softly and nod my head. He smiles and hugs me close. I wrap my arms around him, trying to hug him the best I can because he's practically a giant. But he's my giant.

He eventually lets me go. I turn my head to look at the others. "I'm sorry, guys... but it's always been him" I said, gesturing towards Kabeyama. I gently slip my hand in his. "He's the one I love..." I said.

"It's okay, L/N... as long as you're happy" Kidou said, as he stares at me with a soft smile. But his eyes reflects his true emotions. I feel bad for hurting his feelings. Well, all of theirs. Each one of them stares at me in sadness.

"Anyway... we should probably leave these two alone. Give them a little privacy" Gouenji said. The others nod my heads in agreement. One by one, they walks away from the field to give us some privacy. I lift my hand, lightly waving at them.

"So..." Heigorou said. I turn my head to look at him. He fiddles with his hands as he seems nervous. "Will... y-you b-be m-my girlfriend, Y/N?" He asked. I blink my eyes at what he said. His cheeks are both red, as he seems so nervous.

"Of course, Heigorou..." I said. He grins happily at me. He gently wrap his arms around my waist, lifting me up to be on the same eye-level as his. "I love you, Heigorou. Thank you for accepting me for who I am, and not for what I am" I said. He smiles softly at me. I lean down and gently places a soft kiss against his lips.

"I love you too, Y/N. I should be the one thanking you. Thank you... for accepting someone like me. I never would have expected that someone as beautiful as you are would choose someone like me..." he said.

"Shhh... I don't ever want to hear you talk bad about yourself, Heigorou..." I said, placing my finger on his lips to shush him. "If you can accept me for what I am. I'll accept you for the way you are..." I said. He smiles happily at me. He pulls me into a hug. I smile softly as I wrap my arms around his neck.

Heigorou ended up taking me to his house, where I met his little brother. His brother looks happy to see me. He starts ranting about how his brother would talk about me almost all the time. Which makes Heigorou cheeks turns a deep shade of red. I let out a soft giggle as I stare at him in amusement. He's really cute when he's being all shy.

"Stop teasing me, Saku..." he said to his brother. I gently pat his back, making him turn to look at me. I smile at him, assuring him that I don't mind knowing that he has talked about me a lot. Instead, it makes me happy to know that he thought so much about me.

I hear a sound of rumbling. I turn my head to see it came from Heigorou. I let out a soft giggle as he looks away from me in embarrassment. "Are you hungry?" I asked, with a soft voice. He turn to look at me and lightly nod his head. "I'll cook something for you, if you'd like?" I said.

"Really? You would cook for me, Y/N?" He asked. I smile and nod my head. He smiles happily. I let out a laugh as he pulls me into a hug. "Come on... I'll take you to the kitchen..." he said. He gently grabs my hand, leading me towards the kitchen.

"So, what would you like to eat?" I asked. He told me he will eat anything I'd cook. So I decided to just cook some curry. In which, he seems so excited about. I prepare the ingredients and starts to cook with Heigorou next to me the whole time.

A While Later

"Alright, Heigorou... Saku. The food is ready. Come on and eat" I said, taking off the apron from my body. His brother enters the kitchen as Heigorou helps me prepare the table. I take a seat next to him as he starts to eat the food I've cooked. "So? How is it?" I asked.

"It's so good!!" He said, making me smile happily. He starts to eat the food rapidly. I warned him to eat slowly so he wouldn't choke, in which he just let out a laugh. I shake my head lightly. I turn my head to look at Saku who has been watching the two of us.

"I'm so thankful that you chose my brother, Nee-San. I was worried that he'd be heartbroken when you decide to pick someone else" he said. I turn my head to look at Heigorou. He looks down at what his brother said.

"Hey... have confident in yourself, okay? You're an amazing guy, Heigorou" I said. He smiles gratefully at me. He leans down, gently placing a soft kiss on my forehead, making me smile. "I love you..." I said.

"I love you too" he said. He tried to kiss me. But I back away a little. He stares at me in confusion. I gesture to his brother who's sitting across from us. "Oh... sorry, Saku..." he said. His brother assured him that it's okay. But I still refuse to show this kind of action in front of his brother who's still a kid. Thankfully, he understands that. He may have a huge body. Despite that, he's very gentle. He's my gentle giant.
