Riley had no clue what was going on in Arthur's race. She thought she paid enough attention to the replays they've been watching together. But she was lost throughout the whole race. Actually, Riley was lost the entire weekend. She knew it was different than formula one and the drivers switched throughout the race. But she was more confused on what was happening with Arthur's ego. He was sitting on a high horse all weekend, throughout his team's dinner, whilst walking around the paddocks. When he took Riley out to dinner he would talk to the waiters like they were beneath him. She was just praying it was different when they went out after they left the tracks for dinner today.

Arthur was lingering in the garage as the last few laps of the race were being completed. And Riley was just sitting down off to the side surprisingly bored out of her mind. She had worked up the race so much in her head but her attention span was not making it the full 4 hours. Especially since Arthur wasn't even in the car.

Riley waited around for a few more hours after the race had ended, scrolling on her phone and seeing all of the things that had already been posted. She looked up when she saw Arthur heading towards her from her peripheral vision. He wore a smile on his face when he walked over to Riley quickly, ready to go and grab dinner before they headed to the hotel for the night.

"Are you done?"Riley asked while she stood up from where she was sitting, getting greeted with a small kiss.

"Yeah" Arthur said putting his arm around her shoulder, "I have a car that's meeting us at the gates"

"We're still going out for dinner right?" She asked for clarification, putting her hand on his side when they started walking together.

"Unless you had other plans" He said, but Riley shook her head, walking into the hallway with him. "Then yeah, we can do dinner"

"Perfect" She moved her hand on Arthur's side the slightest bit, "You did amazing today,"

"You looked confused when I was in the garage" He told her with a laugh.

"Arthur I had no clue what was happening" She told him truthfully, "I had my eyes glued to the screen, but there were so many cars and names being thrown around; I was completely lost"

"You'll catch on" He said, rubbing his hand along her arm as they pushed past a large crowd of people.

Riley and Arthur walked through the paddocks, making a few stops for people on Arthur's team that were trying to talk to him. Riley would take a step back when he had these conversations, not wanting to eavesdrop in on anything. A few people would recognize Riley every now and then amidst these conversations, and would ask for a photo. She hated doing it, but she would say no. Riley didn't want to take any of the spotlight away from Arthur today.

Besides, they all recognized her because of Max.

Arthur had been bathing in the spotlight all weekend with the constant autographs, and seeing fans of his own. Charles was barely mentioned. Arthur was loving it. Riley held his hand loosely when they walked outside, seeing the large groups of fans waiting for the drivers to walk out.

"Arthur!" Someone a few feet away from them yelled as they were walking.

Arthur's steps slowed when he started to look for the source of the voice. Riley stopped with him, pointing off to the side where someone was waving at them.

"Do you want to keep walking or stop?" Arthur asked Riley, feeling bad that she was just being dragged around all weekend. Riley hadn't talked to anyone else besides Arthur as-well, she was quite literally trailing behind him like a dog on a leash when he was free. She didn't have anything else to do, she didn't know anyone. Well, she knew Frederik Vesti; and he was racing in Le Mans too. But he was racing, she didn't know anyone who wasn't.
