It was just as Daniel had suspected, neither Max or Riley remembered the kiss they shared. It was like it never even happened. Riley was avoiding Max like the plague, only remembering their conversation at dinner as their last interaction. Lando and Daniel were the only two people who saw them kiss, they were in the clear. Lando wasn't going to tell anyone, Daniel wasn't going to tell anyone; Arthur and Kelsey were never going to know.

Riley was standing in the William's garage with Nicolas on Oscar's birthday. They were stood in front of the TV watching qualifying going on. Nic kept going on about how he couldn't be seen in the William's garage. As a Mercedes fan, it was morally wrong. Riley thought it was funny, it was something that just reminded her of Tristen. He would've made a fuss about that too if he watched F1.

"How much do you want to bet Max goes out this Grand Prix again?" Nic asked Riley quietly. Riley shot him a small glare, because it wasn't going to happen.

"You would be losing money" Riley told him, "Not a wise financial decision"

"I wouldn't be losing money" He rolled his eyes, looking back towards the racing cars on the screen attempting to get the best time for qualifying. "Toto would"

"Don't let Toto see you here" She laughed, Toto would've felt betrayed knowing Nicolas finally came to a race and wasn't supporting Mercedes.

"I should honestly pop in there" Nic told her, "I could start talking to George over to radio, get him to drive Maxie boy off the tracks"

"Not a fucking chance" She chuckled, "Don't call him Maxie"

"Oh is it just reserved for you?"

"Pretty much" She nodded.

Riley turned her attention back to quali after Q1 had ended, Logan was back in the garage very upset. He was having a disappointing season so far, Alex stole his Chassis the last race in Australia, even though he was the one who crashed his car. It didn't make sense. Alex hadn't even gotten points that race, it was pointless, Logan was doing well that weekend as-well. Rumors stared slowly floating around saying he might be replaced by Kimi Antonelli. Which Riley hadn't thought was true, but if it was; it was detrimental to Logan's career.

Riley knew to give Logan his space right now, and just continued watching qualifying. There was nothing she had to say that would make him feel better about what was happening right now. His career was risk and everyone knew that.

The odd's of him getting a seat next year were slim.

Riley looked away from the screen awkwardly when Liam popped on it. She didn't really want to stare at him, it was just odd. They didn't leave things off on good terms, she wanted to, but it was nearly impossible with everything that happened between the two of them.

"Who are you rooting for?" Nicolas asked Riley while watching the last 5 minutes of Q2.

"Charles, Dan and Max" She told him. She'd always cheer for Max, it didn't really matter if they were on good terms or not.

"Dan isn't doing too good this year"

"Shhh" She shushed him, "He's doing fine"

Riley watched as everyone's time started getting logged at they completed their last laps in Q2. With Max in Pole currently and everyone following behind him. Daniel was in the zone for risk, and Riley was just praying no one else improved within the last few seconds of the race.

"Noo!" She exclaimed, seeing Yuki knock Daniel into the elimination zone. "He was so close"

"Yeah well" Nic shrugged, "I'm glad Yuki got it," He told her, "It's his home race"
