The day the whole Seven Kingdoms has been waiting for has arrived. The day when everyone put what happened in the last two years behind them; the betrayal, the blood, the sacrifice, the losses, and the brutal war between families. The day the last living Targaryen will be crowned as Queen. The first Queen will rule the Seven Kingdoms and her name is Visenya II Targaryen... I am her, and I will show every knight or lord who underestimates me as a leader.

That thought kept me from sleeping all night until the maids came in and pulled the sheets away from my face, telling me it was the next day already and it was time. I stayed in bed staring at the ceiling, a million things crossed my mind, making me unable to get out of bed. It looked like I was paralyzed and my mind was drowning. The maids kept calling and telling me to start get ready but I was in a world of my own, not a pretty one to be in if I was being honest. But one maid approached my bed and leaned next to my ear and started whispering. "I have known you since you were a little girl. You can do it my princess. And you will be the greatest ruler in history and in the future. You are a good woman with a good heart... we need you to step up" she stated and when I turned to see who it was, I saw the maid that raised me and helped my brothers with raising me, maid Rosie. I pulled myself up and looked at her, with a soft smile, "Thank you, Rosie. I really appreciate what you said... I only needed a moment to pull myself together" I patted her shoulders as I got up. "Take as much time as you need. You are the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms. Everyone can and will wait" Rosie stated proudly and I smiled at her before going to the bath.

I was planning on relaxing during my bath time but the maids and servants rushed me into getting on with it. As I dried myself, I watched the maids help prepare my dress and the royal robe. The thing that I was preparing for all this time has now become a reality and it seemed surreal to be getting ready for it.

The coronation dress is a red brocade fabric gown with puffed mid-length sleeves. The gown was very simple and plain, all the beauty would be focused on the royal robe I'd be wearing at the coronation. As the maids helped me tie the gown and I stared at myself in the mirror, "Did the people who arrived from Pentos yesterday go to the Dragonpits?" I asked the maids. "Yes, your Highness. Your sworn guards have taken them there personally" one maid spoke and I nodded. "Did all the guests arrive there as well?" I questioned. "It is only you and your guards in the Red Keep now" another stated. "You do not need to worry about anything right now except for getting ready. Everything else is set and ready for you" maid Rosie put her hand on my shoulder when I sighed. "What do you want to do with your hair princess?" the first maid asked and I looked up in the mirror at myself for a moment. "Nothing. I want it like this, laid down with its natural waves" I stated as I turned my head and nodded at the robe. The royal robe was a gold cape with a black yoke. It is pale gold with a black border. The yoke is heavily embroidered and on either side and on the back there are different dragons, my dragons, and there are different beadings used in the embroidery. For the accessories, I wore the traditional large gold necklace that has the Great Houses sigils on it with house Targaryen being in the front and centre and large gold circular earrings with a hammer pattern, a pearl set at the centre with three pearls set above it and a wire wrapped pearl teardrop bead hanging off the circular component.

All the maids and servants stepped away as we finished getting me ready. I stared at myself in the mirror and then closed my eyes, inhaling deeply. "You got this. This is just formalities" I whispered to myself before I opened my eyes, I pushed my hair back and turned for the doors. "Thank you all for your help" I smiled to them before I opened the doors.

As I opened the doors to get outside of the royal apartment, the Queensguards were waiting for me with their Lord Commander, Benjen Mormont, and my three sworn guards Alexander Torrance, Matthew Crist, James Grayson, and the rest three knights in the Queensguard. "Are we ready, Lord Commander?" I asked Benjen and he turned to me. "We are your Highness. The royal carriage is waiting for you outside" he stated and I nodded and started walking with them behind me. They have formed two lines, three on each and Benjen is right next to me as we walked down the hallways and corridors to get out of Maegor's Holdfast.
