The vibrant colours, distinctive architecture, and lively atmosphere of Magix ignited a sense of excitement as they weaved through the bustling crowds. Luna's expression reflected fascination, the city's uniqueness far more than her expectations.
As they walked, Crystal filled Luna and Danielle in on some of the best spots for shopping, while Lithia shared stories of her previous adventures in the city, since she was from Magix. They were all engaged in an animated discussion with themselves.
Before long, they found themselves at the entrance of one of the most popular shopping districts in Magix. The sight of colourful storefronts and bustling shops filled them with excitement as they ventured inside.
Luna found herself in a state of happiness as she explored a whole lot of fashion styles that the magical dimension had to offer. Her excitement was palpable as she eagerly browsed through the array of clothing and accessories.
"It looks like Luna is quite the shopaholic," Artemisia commented with a gentle smile, eliciting laughter from the group as they watched Luna flit from rack to rack, eagerly examining the array of clothing options before her.
As the sun began its descent towards the horizon, casting a warm glow over the city, the group realised that several hours had passed. They began to return to Alphea.
As they made their way to the bus stop, the conversation continued. "Artemisia, why didn't you just grow another plant? You're a nature fairy, after all," Lithia reasoned.
Artemisia sighed, her expression growing solemn. "I know. I wanted Crystal to take responsibility for destroying my plant," she replied, casting a pointed glance in Crystal's direction.
Crystal's frown deepened at Artemisia's words, a flicker of guilt crossing her features. "I said I was sorry," she muttered, her tone tinged with regret.
"I know," Artemisia replied with a small smile. "I'll name this plant Hector," she declared, holding it up gently before giving it a tender kiss.
"Hey, look who it is—those pesky fairies who can't stay out of our business." A familiar voice rang out, catching Danielle and Luna off guard as the three witches came into view.
"Oh no, not them again," Luna groaned.
"Do you know them?" Carissa asked with a hint of concern in her voice.
"Yes, Luna and I have encountered them before," Danielle replied, her expression tense.
"We have drawn a line," the T-witch declared ominously. "You are now on our hit list."
"Leave us alone, witches," Crystal defended boldly.
"Or what?" The S-witch taunted, launching a dark energy ball their way, which they swiftly dodged. As they dodged the attack, Artemisia's plant slipped from her hand and shattered into pieces on the ground.
"No, Hector!" Artemisia exclaimed sadly, her voice filled with regret as she looked down at the shattered pieces of her plant.
"Nice one, Scarlett," E-witch laughed tauntingly, revelling in the chaos they caused.
"That's so rude," Carissa interjected, her voice stern with disapproval.
"But, dearies, we're witches. Witches aren't known for being nice," T-witch retorted with a maniacal laugh. "We will teach you not to mess with our trio. The names Scarlett, Electra, and Tasma will make your little wings tremble in fear."
They laughed once more, their mockery irritating the group.
"Since you refuse to be decent people, I don't mind taking you on again," Danielle taunted with a smirk.
