The next day, Lithia took her turn. She followed Serenity after lunch, watching as she wandered through the campus gardens. Serenity admired the flowers, occasionally stopping to sketch them in a small notebook. Lithia, pretending to enjoy a walk herself, observed her from a distance. Serenity's actions seemed innocent and relaxed, completely at odds with Crystal's suspicions. Lithia couldn't detect anything strange until a bee flew up to her.
Lithia froze as the bee buzzed around her. She tried to remain calm, but the bee seemed determined to hover near her face. She swatted at it gently, hoping it would go away, but it only seemed to anger the bee. It started buzzing more aggressively, darting closer to her.
"Go away, bee! I'm not a flower!" Lithia whispered frantically, waving her hands in front of her face.
The bee didn't seem to get the message. Instead, it flew closer, making Lithia flinch and take a few steps back. She glanced over at Serenity, who was still peacefully sketching, unaware of the tiny terror Lithia was facing.
"That's it; I'm out of here!" Lithia yelped as the bee made another dive towards her. She turned and ran, sprinting away from the garden.
Serenity looked up, startled by the sudden commotion, and watched in confusion as Lithia disappeared around the corner.

The next day, it was Carissa's turn to keep an eye on Serenity. She decided to watch her during her free period, hoping to catch any unusual behavior. She spotted Serenity heading towards the sports field and decided to follow her, maintaining a discreet distance.
Serenity joined a group of students playing a friendly game of volleyball. Carissa settled herself on the bleachers, pretending to read a book while keeping a close eye on the game. Serenity seemed to be enjoying herself, fully engaged in the game, laughing, and chatting with her teammates. She showed no signs of a hidden agenda or suspicious behaviour.
Carissa tried to stay focused, but her attention kept drifting to the lively game. Every now and then, she found herself cheering for a good play or wincing at a missed shot. Serenity played enthusiastically, showing genuine camaraderie with the other players.
At one point, a stray ball bounced towards Carissa, who instinctively caught it. The players waved at her. Carissa smiled and tossed the ball back and the players thanked her returning it.
After watching for a good while, Carissa couldn't detect anything unusual. Serenity was just another student enjoying a game of volleyball. Feeling more puzzled than ever, Carissa decided to head back to the dorm.
When she returned to the dorm, the other girls looked at her expectantly.
"Well?" Lithia asked.
Carissa shook her head. "Nothing suspicious. She was just playing volleyball and having a good time with her friends."
"Maybe we're overthinking this," Danielle suggested.
"Perhaps," Carissa said. "But we should stay vigilant, just in case."
The girls nodded in agreement. They knew they couldn't ignore Crystal's instincts, but so far, Serenity seemed completely normal.
"Maybe the others might find something," Danielle reassured.
