"Are those Red Fountain airships coming our way?" Lithia asked, peering out the window of their dorm.
"I'm surprised they can even fly in this weather. It's so windy and dark out," Luna said.
"Let's go check what's going on," Danielle said, leading the group as they hurriedly left their dorm and headed to the courtyard, where other students were beginning to gather as the ships landed.
The headmaster of Red Fountain stepped off one of the ships, his expression grim but determined. "The witches were too powerful. We had to evacuate," he said, looking around at the assembled students and staff of Alphea.
"The witches are coming this way, but we have enough time to strategise and form a plan," he continued, his voice resolute.
"We will gladly take you in," the headmistress said warmly. "Gentlemen, please make yourselves comfortable."
Amid the crowd, Daniel spotted Luna and called out to her. Her heart fluttered as she saw him, and she quickly ran to hug him.
"Did you miss me that much?" He chuckled, holding her close.
"Are you alright?" she asked, checking him for injuries.
"I'm fine," he reassured her with a smile.
"Daniel, thank goodness you're safe," Danielle said, stepping forward to hug her brother.
"Yeah, we all are," Daniel replied, gesturing to his group of friends. Each girl went to check on their respective friends from Red Fountain, relieved to see them safe. The courtyard buzzed with a mix of anxiety and relief as both schools prepared to face the coming threat together.
The school heads gathered inside the school to plan their next move.
"Those witches have already taken over Cloud Tower," the headmistress said, her voice heavy with concern.
The headmaster nodded, his expression grave. "It's as if they're unstoppable."
"Not unstoppable, just extremely powerful," the headmistress corrected.
"Since the witches are away from Cloud Tower, this might be the best time to rescue the captured witches and bring them to Alphea," the assistant headmistress suggested.
"More witches?" The headmaster frowned. "They're the ones who got us into this mess in the first place."
The headmistress shook her head. "These are innocent people who were overpowered and imprisoned. They need our help, and we need all the assistance we can get."
The headmaster sighed but nodded in agreement. "You're right. We can't leave them to suffer. We'll need a small, skilled team to go in and get them out."
"I'll organise the team," the assistant headmistress said, already formulating a plan. "We'll need speed and stealth to make this work."
"My specialists can handle that," the headmaster answered, his tone resolute.
"While they handle the rescue, we'll fortify our defences here and prepare for the witches' inevitable attack," the headmistress added. "We must be ready for anything."
The school heads agreed on their plan and began mobilising their forces, determined to protect their students and reclaim their world from the dark forces threatening it.
