As the girls were preparing for the banquet, a few maids entered the room, their presence calm and reassuring.

"Good evening, Princess," one of the maids said with a respectful bow. "We are here to assist you for the evening."

Luna smiled, feeling a mixture of excitement and nervousness. "Okay, but we were perfectly fine on our own."

"It's our job to assist you, Princess," another maid replied with a gentle smile.

"You'll have to get used to this, Luna," Carissa added, grinning.

The maids moved efficiently, setting out elegant gowns and carefully selecting accessories for each of the girls. They worked with practiced ease, their hands deftly arranging hair and applying subtle, shimmering makeup.

One of the maids approached Luna with a gown that seemed to glow with an inner light. "This is for you, Princess," she said, holding up the dress. "It was made especially for tonight."

Luna's eyes widened in awe. The gown was exquisite, a masterpiece of fine silk and delicate embroidery that sparkled like the stars. She reached out to touch it, feeling the soft fabric under her fingers. "It's beautiful," she whispered.

As Luna and her friends dressed and prepared for the banquet, the atmosphere in the room was one of anticipation and excitement. They helped each other with their gowns, sharing laughter and encouragement.

Crystal twirled in her dress, the fabric flowing gracefully around her. "I feel like a princess," she said with a grin.

"You look like one," Lithia replied, adjusting a delicate hairpin in Crystal's hair.

Artemisia, looking radiant in her gown, turned to Luna. "Are you ready for this? It's a big night."

Luna took a deep breath, her nerves settling into a sense of determination. "I am. I'm ready to meet my family and celebrate with all of you."

Carissa, adjusting her own gown, smiled at Luna. "We're here with you, every step of the way."

The maids stepped back, admiring their work. "You all look wonderful," one of them said. "The banquet awaits."

With a final glance in the mirror, Luna and her friends left the room, their hearts filled with excitement and hope. As they walked through the palace corridors, they could hear the distant sounds of music ahead.

Before they arrived at the hall, they met with Danielle's mother.

"Ah, there you are," Danielle's mother said with a warm smile. "You all look absolutely stunning."

"Thank you, Your Majesty," Luna said, her voice tinged with nervousness. "We're excited and a bit anxious about the banquet."

Danielle's mother chuckled softly. "That's perfectly normal, dear. Just be yourselves, and you'll be fine. This evening is not just a celebration but also a chance for everyone to get to know you better."

She led them down the final stretch of the corridor, the sounds of the banquet growing louder with each step. As they reached the grand entrance to the hall, the doors swung open, revealing a breathtaking scene. The room was filled with elegantly dressed guests, chandeliers casting a warm glow, and tables adorned with exquisite decorations.

The Queen of Solaria stood at the head of the room, and as they entered, she raised her glass. "Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you my long-lost daughter, Luna, and her wonderful friends from Alphea!"
