I did not win anything in the Celestial Nexus awards; nothing ventured, nothing gained, so I entered the "soundbite" edition of Ancilla in these, this time in the OTHER GENRES category. Let's face it, a dark academia real-vampire element-bending magical realism tragic romance bisexual bildungsroman mystical philosophical discourse structured on the Kabbalistic Tree of Life and on BDSM is pretty "other." You can't get much more "other" than that.
There were no categories for poetry or art, so I did not have anything to enter other than some version of Ancilla.
We shall see...
