Chapter 70 - Mystery man

Next day :

"I think you're misunderstanding, Daniel died a year ago after he attacked us in the Mansion." Maya says. "I don't know mom but, that guy. He was so similar to him. His voice is exactly the same, mom trust me." Elliot says back. They are sitting in the living room and discussing the incident. He is sure that guy was Daniel only, but how's this possible? As per the report and CCTV footage Daniel died in the car accident and every member of the family knows it very well.

"I know I can understand Elliot but what if some random person or maybe his gang is trying to scare you? For revenge?" Maya asks. Elliot thinks for a moment. He knows that devilish voice very well. "I have no idea mom but we need to find out soon." he replies. Maya nods. In the meantime the two munchkins are trying to do a new thing. They are trying to walk on their own. "El have you seen my... Oh My God!" Marco suddenly stops. Siya and Eleanor are walking holding hands. "Oh my fucking God look at them!!!" he shouts. Elliot and Maya immediately look at them. "Yes baby you can do it, come to mumma." Elliot encourages. "Mum..." Siya tries to approach him holding her sister's hand. Marco is recording the moment. They slowly walk towards Elliot and hug him.

"Omg you guys did it I'm so proud of you." Elliot kisses their cheeks. "These two are big girls now." Lisa says holding her son in her arms. She puts him on the cot and steps back. "My heart is gonna burst now! I can't take this much cuteness." Marco says. Riya and Atharv also join them with their daughter and all the kids start playing together. "Yaayiiii.." Eleanor calls Marco. "Wait! No way did she just say daddy?" Marco gets emotional. He picks her in his arms immediately. "Daddaaa.." Siya pulls his trousers. "I'm gonna cry now mummyyyyy." Marco hugs both his girls at once. Elliot captures the moment in his phone.

At afternoon:

Marco is checking the CCTV footage and writing something on his notepad just then Leon enters in. "Sir you need to see this." he handoveres him the ipad. Marco gets shocked to see the footage. "So El was right." he says watching it. In the video there was a masked man standing outside the window of their secret house. "Leon, find this man immediately!" he orders. "Yes sir." Leon takes back his ipad and leaves. Marco leans back on the chair closing his eyes. "I need to do something before it's too late!" he says.

"What's wrong honey?" Elliot asks standing at the door. "It's nothing I'm fine baby." Marco replies. Elliot comes and sits on his lap. "You are looking so tired babe." he says touching his curls. Marco kisses his lips taking a deep breath. "You were right, there was someone watching us last night." he reveals. "Who was it?" Elliot asks. "He was wearing a mask so we couldn't see his face." Marco replies. Elliot nods. Suddenly a thought comes in his mind. "What if he blackmails us?" he asks. "I don't think so because in the footage, he was not holding any device. He was just watching us silently. Such a creep!" Marco replies. Elliot leans down to kiss him. Marco kisses him back and they almost start making out just then.

"Bhaiya zara suno! Oh shit I didn't see anything!" Atharv apologizes as soon as he enters the room. "Main andha hu maine kuch nahi suna. (I'm blind I didn't hear anything!)" he runs out of the room. Elliot gets hell embarrassed by this but of course Marco is too shameless in this matter. He again pulls him into a passionate kiss. "Babe stop I need to go." Elliot breaks the kiss. He tries to move but Marco pins him against the wall kissing his neck. "Someone will hear us please." Elliot says. "Do you think I care, baby?" Marco smirks kissing and biting his neck. "No I need to go. I have to talk to Lisa." Elliot pushes him away. "Fine!" Marco looks away making a sad face. Elliot kisses his cheeks and runs away. Marco smiles brightly and sits back on his chair.
