Chapter 39 - Fire vs Fire

At thirty three week:

Elliot is now eight months pregnant and he barely moves from his bed now. His baby bump has grown so big. Marco is at his husband's duty, he is staying at home twenty four hours with him. Maya is handling the office work and Atharv joined mafia world as Marco's assistant. On the other side Daniel and his dad Felix are planning something big against them. Previously during Elliot's weekly visit at the hospital they tried to attack him but failed because of the Z+ security by Marco. But again Daniel is planning something more dangerous.

"Babe, I can do it by myself please relax." Elliot says sitting on a chair in front of the dressing table. "Yeah I know, but let me do this now." Marco says drying Elliot's hair. "I'm not a little baby Marco, please I can do it by myself." Elliot says again. "Who said you're not a baby? You are my baby El." Marco smirks. Elliot sighs and looks at the mirror. "Your hair has also grown big like your bump." Marco says. "Are you done babe? We are very hungry." Elliot rubs his bump and the baby kicks. "Oh! See, they are hungry!" he says. Marco smiles and turns off the dryer. He kisses on his cheeks and helps him to stand up.

They sits on the bed and Marco feeds the fruits by his own hands. "You know what? I think ma is preparing for your baby shower." he says. "Really?" Elliot asks. "I'm just guessing that's it." Marco replies. Elliot nods and eats. "But I am sure about one thing." Marco places his hand on the bump. "What?" Elliot asks. "I'm sure, they are going to be daddy's girl." Marco replies. The baby kicks immediately. "See, they are daddy's girl." he says. "Yeah whatever." Elliot rolls his eyes. Marco laughs and kisses him.

Suddenly someone knocks the door. They turns around and see Atharv is standing there with a box in his hands. "What is in this box Atharv?" Marco asks. Atharv puts the box on the floor. "The toys you ordered for the baby are in this box." he replies. Marco jumps off the bed and unpacks the box. So many little little toys and teddy bears are there. "The cot is also delivered, where should I keep it?" Sebastian walks in. "Here." Elliot replies. Marco smiles and takes the cot from Sebastian and places it near their bed. "Alright, take the toys and keep it in the baby's room." Marco orders. Sebastian takes the box and leaves.

"Hey, what about baby's clothes?" Elliot asks. "They are already in the baby's wardrobe El don't worry." Marco replies. "Yes, the wardrobe is full." Atharv says. "Fine." Elliot says and lies down. "Take some rest El, I'll be back soon." Marco says. He signals Atharv to come along. "Don't worry, I'm here with him." Maya walks in. She comes and sits on the bed next to Elliot. "Whatever you are going to do, do it carefully." she says. Marco and Atharv looks at her and leaves. Elliot stays silent and closes his eyes. Maya presses his forehead to make him feel better.

Two hours later :

"Are you sure they are coming on this way?" Atharv asks. "Definitely!" Marco replies. He checks the time on his watch and loads his gun. Atharv does the same. Marco looks back at his team. "Not even a single one should be left alive!" he says. "Yes sir!" everyone loads their guns. "Is this a good idea?" Atharv asks. "Obviously! Just wait and watch." Marco replies. "I trust you bro." Atharv smiles.

Suddenly they hears some vehicles coming towards them. Marco looks at Antony and signals something. He looks forward and sees exactly the five trucks are in front of him. "Let the fun begin." he says. "Everyone in their position." Antony shouts. People climbs down of the trucks and takes out their guns. "Now!" Marco says and starts firing. Atharv, Antony and his whole team also starts firing and within a few minutes the peoples are dead. Marco walks forword and opens one of the truck. "Good job guys." he says. "Now what's next bro?" Atharv looks at him. "Take the essentials and blow the rest." Marco replies. His team does what he said. After some time, all the five trucks blasts in front of them. "Perfect. Now see how he goes crazy after this." Marco says. He and his team gets up in their cars and leaves the place.

At Daniel's house:

Felix approaches Daniel nervously. He is breathing heavily. "Everything is finished, he left nothing!" he says. "Calm down dad and look what I made." Daniel says. Felix looks up and sees a statue of Elliot in front of him. The statue is the same height as Elliot."Isn't he is so beautiful? His lips are so tempting, isn't?" Daniel says touching it. Felix cannot believe in his eyes seeing his son's obsession over Elliot. "Have you lost your mind? Do you know what happend?" he yells. "Guards, take the statue and keep it in my room carefully. And if you break it, I'll break your bones!" Daniel orders. The guards take the statue and walk towards his room.

"Daniel! I'm talking to you idiot!" Felix shouts. "Keep it down dad! Don't shout in front of me!" Daniel says back. "Now tell me what happened?" he asks. "Everything is finished son, our hard work is now gone!" Felix replies. "Tell me properly!" Daniel yells. Felix wipes his sweat and stands in front of him. "All the drugs and weapons we had ordered from Dubai for our clients have been gone!" he says. "What?" Daniel disbeliefs. "Yes, He took all the weapons and bombed the car full of drugs! And not only this, He burned all our liquor factories and killed all our men!" Felix explains. This angers Daniel, he lifts a chair and throws it towards a glass and breaks it. "Who had the courage to mess with me? Tell me his name!" he yells.

"Marco Fernandes!" a voice comes from behind. "Marco?" Felix mumbles. Daniel clenches his fist and looks at him. "You son of a bitch, what do you think you are?" he yells. "Mafia King and a family guy!" Marco replies. Daniel approaches him but Felix grabs his hand. "Leave my hand dad, I'll kill him today!" Daniel shouts. Marco laughs and sits on the couch and looks at him. "Calm down Daniel it's just the beginning! The real game hasn't even started yet." he says. Daniel releases the grip and takes out his gun. "You don't know what a big mistake you have made! I won't spare you slut!" he yells. Marco laughs again. He stands up and looks directly into his eyes. "You looked at my partner with wrong eyes, so I did this to you, If you do anything like this again, I will give you such a death that even your soul will tremble!" he says.

"It seems your memory has diminished. Never mind, let me remind you again how dangerous it is to mess with me!" Daniel grabs Marco's arms tightly. "Your memory has also reduced. Well, this time I will not send you to coma but will send you straight to hell!" Marco pushes him away. He gives him a death stare and walks towards the main door. Daniel loses his control and approaches him but before he can do something Marco turns around and kicks him and Daniel falls on the floor. Marco puts his feet on his chest and slightly leans down. "See you again if you come back alive from Dubai." he says and walks away.

Daniel stands up and screams in anger. "That fucker was alone, why you didn't do anything dad? Are you afraid of him?" he yells. "Yes I am! There are so many of us here, and everyone has guns. Yet he came here alone, so tell me, who is the most powerful and dangerous?" Felix asks. Daniel kicks a chair and enters his bedroom. He throws pillows and everything and stands in front of Elliot's statue. "Whatever he has done today, I'm sorry but you're going to suffer for that! I swear, very soon I'll bring you here Elliot and I'll make you mine!" he says. He touches the statue in a very inappropriate way. Felix watches everything from behind. He doesn't say anything and leaves.

At the Mansion:

Elliot is already sleeping when Marco enters the room. He changes his clothes and climbs up the bed. "I'll always protect you El, no one can harm you!" he whispers. He is about to lie down when he sees Elliot is struggling to move. Marco holds him by his arms and makes him lies down on his lap. He slowly slowly presses his arms and forehead. "You can sleep now, I'm here." he says. Elliot smiles and falls asleep again. Marco leans back and closes his eyes. He sleeps like this all night.
