Chapter 87 - On a mission

Next day :

Elliot and Marco comes back home with their newborn. Maya welcomes them doing aarti and gives her blessings to the new one. The kids gang are so over excited to hold the baby. They are jumping and running all over the living room. Elliot sits on the couch with the baby on his lap. "Can I hold her now?" Eleanor asks. "Sure but first sit down." Elliot orders. Eleanor immediately sits on the couch next to him. Elliot puts the baby on her lap. "Hello sissy.." Eleanor kisses her forehead. Siya and Roger also joins them while Christine and Ayushi waits for their turn.

"Mumma, why she is not talking?" Siya asks. Elliot smiles. "Because she is now a baby. A newborn baby like you guys were." he replies. "My turn now." Ayushi climbs up on the sofa. Elliot then puts the baby on her lap. "That means me and Siya were also in your belly?" Eleanor asks. "Yeah.." Elliot replies. "But how?" Siya asks. "Go ask your daddy.." Elliot looks at Marco. Both the girls runs towards their dad. "Daddyyyyy.. did you put the baby inside mumma's belly?" Eleanor asks innocently. Marco almost chokes the water. "Wh.. what?" he looks at them. "Uhm.. yeah I mean.." Marco looks at Elliot. "How?" Eleanor shouts. "Okay guys, come back here I have something." Maya interrupts. Elliot has turned red while blushing. Marco almost got a heart attack hearing the most unexpected question from his daughters.

Maya puts a bowl full of papers on the table. "I wrote some names here for our new member." she says. "Marco, Elliot come here and decide a name for the little one." she calls them. Lisa takes the baby from Elliot. They stands together near the table and pulls out a paper. Elliot smiles seeing the name. Marco looks at him. "What is it guys?" Atharv shouts. They looks back at everyone and finally reveals the name.

"Charlotte.." is the name.

"Yayy.." the kids shouts. "Well not gonna lie, we actually thought about this name last night. Because Elliot's mother's name was also Charlotte so.." Marco says. Elliot gets a bit emotional but controls himself. "Hey sissy Charlotte.." Eleanor kisses her tiny hand. "I think you should go and take some rest now we all are here with the baby." Marco says seeing Elliot zoning out. Elliot nods then goes upstairs with Lisa.

Marco is holding the baby now. Charlotte is awake and cutely staring at him. "Put her in the crib, we wanna play." Roger says. Marco carefully puts Charlotte on the crib then steps back. She looks at her siblings and cousins. The kids gang stands in a circle around and crib just looking at her. David clicks their pictures silently. "Bhai, I have something to tell you." Atharv whispers. "Let's go outside." they walks towards the garden without telling anyone.

At evening:

Charlotte and Elliot both are sleeping peacefully on their bed while the rest of them are in the kids room. Marco comes back and sees the most cutest view in front of his eyes. Charlotte is holding Elliot's finger while sleeping. He takes out his phone and records it. "I love my little family.." he mumbles. Marco goes to the kids room and sees them playing. He clicks their pictures too. Roger takes his hand dragging him inside. "Play with us daddy.." Siya says. Marco sits down. "Fine until your mumma is sleeping okay?" he agrees. "Okayyy.." Siya hugs him. They brings their toys and starts playing with him.

An hour later:

Elliot is now awake and feeding Charlotte the milk. He notices Marco entering and laughs at him. "What have you done babe? What is this?" he asks. Marco looks at the mirror and he laughs too. "I'm a girl dad remember? So obviously they will do the makeup experiment on me." he replies. Elliot chuckles. "Wash the makeup babe, or you'll get pimples." he teases. Marco kisses his cheeks then enters the bathroom.

He comes out after a few minutes and lies down on the bed. He takes Charlotte's hand and kisses it. "Do you like your name baby?" he asks. Charlotte just looks at him. "I will take that as a yes." Marco says. He sits up looking at Elliot the love of his life. "Babe, I just delivered another baby okay? So don't look at me like that." Elliot says. "Baby, I'm just admiring your beauty that's it." Marco says back. Elliot rubs his nose against his. "I know you very well okay?" he whispers. Marco kisses his lips and boom Charlotte starts crying. Both of them starts laughing at this. Elliot puts her on sleep again.

Marco patiently waits for him. Elliot turns back to him. "Baby uhm.. I have to tell you something." Marco looks serious. "Yes? What is it?" Elliot asks. Marco picks up Charlotte in his arms. "Come with me." he whispers. Elliot follow him to downstairs.

In the living room :

They climbs down together. Elliot sits on the couch with Charlotte. "What's wrong Marco? Why did you call us?" Maya asks. Elliot and Lisa looks at each other. Atharv comes and stands next to Marco. All of them looks so tensed seeing these two brothers serious.

Marco clears his throat. "I'm going to Italy tonight." he blurts out. Elliot immediately looks at him. "Why suddenly?" Maya asks. "To kill that devil! He is in Italy right now." Marco replies. "No... you're not going." Elliot panics. Marco holds him by his shoulders. "Don't worry I'll fine okay?" he comforts him. "Is it so necessary?" Lisa asks. "Of course it is! After what he has done with Elliot, he deserves to die! And I'm not gonna spare him this time." Marco replies. "But.." Elliot grabs his hand. "What if something happens to you?" he asks. Marco wipes his tears. "Don't worry nothing will happen to me okay? I promise I'll give him the most pathetic death in the history of mankind!" he replies.

Marco again stands next to Atharv. "Me and Atharv are going to Italy together. The plan is simple, we will go there, find him and finish him." he says. "David, you will stay here to protect everyone." he orders. "I'm also going with you." Elliot says. "No, you're not. I don't want to take any risks! So, it will be better to stay here until we come back." Marco says back. Elliot sighs. "Whatever you guys are up to, do it carefully. Remember we will wait for you." Maya says. Marco nods.

At night ( in Atharv's bedroom) :

Riya is silently sitting on the bed looking at her husband. "I'll be fine sweetie please don't be upset." Atharv says. "I don't know, I just don't want to loose you at any cost!" Riya cries. Atharv sits next to her wiping her tears away. "You won't I promise. Mishti doi ki kasam I'll be back fit and fine." he says. Riya hugs him tightly.

In Marco's bedroom:

Elliot is holding Marco tightly as he's not ready to let him go. "Don't you trust me baby? I'll be fine." Marco says. Elliot shakes his head. "I don't want you to face that monster! You're not going that's it." he says back. Marco breaks the hug then wipes his tears. "I know what I'm doing baby, and this is the only way. I promise I'll come back before you even know." he says. Elliot looks down. "I promise baby." Marco hugs him tightly. Elliot squeezes his eyes holding him more tightly.

Outside the mansion:

The helicopter is ready to take off. Marco and Atharv comes out with their partners holding their hands. They takes Maya's blessings by touching her feet. "Vijayi bhava. Please stay safe okay?" she says. Atharv looks at Riya and Marco looks Elliot. "We will come back alive don't worry." Atharv jokes. Riya rolls her eyes then hugs him.

Marco wipes Elliot's tears then holds his hands. "I swear to Lord Shiva, I will take revenge for every drop of your tear." he promises. Elliot hugs him one more time then lets him go. Marco and Atharv gets in the helicopter one by one. The pilot starts the chopper. Elliot sees the chopper flying away and then it disappears in the sky. "Don't worry, everything will be fine." Maya says. They goes inside the mansion.

In the bedroom:

Elliot is alone with Charlotte. He can't sleep so he's just looking outside the window. "Please be safe." he whispers. The horrible visions are again haunting him but this time he controls himself. Elliot stays like this whole night looking outside and waiting for them to return.
