Hinata Pov:
Where are those children?
Ever since Cho Cho, Inojin and Sarada have come back without them I've been stressing.
In reality I shouldn't be as worried as I am but something is telling my senses something bad might happen if they don't get back sooner rather than later.
"Mitsuki! Shika!" A squeaky voice fills my hearing.
Oh goodness. It's a child! But one in distress.
"Don't hurt them y'know!" He yells. I get up from my seat and drop my book in the table. It's not like I've been focusing on it anyway.
I pick up my skirts and sprint towards Orochimarus' room.
Any maids I run past look concerned but I don't pay much heed to them. I have bigger things to worry about.
"We're going to kill you, you little punk." A nasty voice sneers.
Desperately I pound on Orochimarus' door. It takes a few nervous seconds for the door to opened by Orochimarus' eldest son, Log.
"How can I help you, your Highness." He does a quick bow.
"Is your father here?"
"He is busy. Anything I can do to help?" He sounds rather put out.
"Leave him alone y'know!" The little voice cries.
"It's your brother."
Log's face comforts in worry for a second before going back to normal.
"Why? What has he done? Nothing bad?"
"No, but I think he's in trouble."
"Let's not waste another second then." He steps out and closes the door firmly behind him.
"We must find Temari first." I say tensely.
He nods. "Let us hurry." He's a good older brother.
Thankfully we don't have to look for too long. She's in the training yard.
"Temari!" I yell.
She turns to us annoyed but I can see the worry etched into her face.
"What's wrong Hinata?"
"It's Shikidai." I waste no time in explaining and run off. Temari follows close behind and Log stays in step.
"Don't you dare hurt him!" It's Shikidai but his voice sounds higher and angry.
"Don't worry about me! Go!" Little squeak again.
