Hey readers,

I understand that you might be feeling angry with Arjun right now, and I respect your emotions. But please, I urge you not to hate him. He is one of the most beloved characters to me in all the books I've written. Despite his flaws, he has a journey ahead of him—a journey where he will grow and change for Rooh. He is capable of becoming a better person, and I promise you, when he changes, he will show his sweetest side. Please give him some time.

Aarohi POV:

"Just because I gave you a little lenience and freedom doesn't mean you can take my brother away from me. Just know your limits, Aarohi."

Those words kept playing in my head. Did he just call me by my full name? Am I that annoying to him?

It started raining heavily, but I still didn't move an inch because my mind and heart was entirely with Arjun and Aryan.

Is Ajju still scared? Is he okay now? What if he had another panic attack? This time I would be the reason for it. Shit, Aaru, what the hell did you do?

My mind was rambling with these thoughts when I saw Ajju running from the cafe towards me. Yet, I still didn't move. Is he coming back to scold me again? But I am glad that he is okay.

He came closer, and that's when I saw his blue orbs with bloodshot red eyes. Is he that angry? But why? I texted him about taking Aryan, right? Is he mad that I took Aryan out without his permission?

He didn't speak a word. He just dragged me into the cafe and then took me upstairs. As we reached the main door of apartment, I didn't move a bit.

He looked back into my eyes and tsked, "Don't test my patience, Rooh."

Rooh? Wasn't it Aarohi a few minutes ago? I still didn't move because I didn't want to cause more trouble for him. I saw how worried he was when he pulled Aryan into a tight hug. I saw how his hands were shaking when he slapped me.

He suddenly scooped me up in a bridal style, making me let out a yelp. I instinctively placed my hands around his neck.

"What the hell, Ajju? Put me down now," I protested.

He didn't even try to put me down; instead, his grip on my waist tightened, sending shivers through my stomach. Damn, what situation are we in, and what thoughts am I having?

I cursed myself as he placed me gently on his bed and went to the bathroom. He returned with a pair of his hoodie and sweatpants, along with a towel, then turned to leave the room.

Before he could leave, I shouted, "What do you think I am? A toy? I am going home, Ajju!"

I got up from the bed, but he pinned me against the wall, his breath hot against my skin. He whispered near my earlobe, "It's either you change by yourself, or I will personally help you change, Rooh. Decide."

I shivered at his deep voice. I always dominate wherever I go; that is me, Aarohi Mishra never bows down to anyone. I always have the upper hand. But with Arjun, it felt different.

I felt like submitting my entire being to him. If he just gave me a command, I would even become a slut for him without arguing back.

I felt his hot breath near my neck. Wait, what the hell is he doing? Is he smelling me? Does he like my scent? Oh, I bet he does. I know he likes me.... He.Fucking.Likes.Me! MY PRINCE CHARMING LIKES ME!

Okay, that's enough, Aaru. This is not the time to think about him fucking you.

I didn't say anything as I saw him plucking his hair in frustration. He looked into my eyes one last time before leaving the room.
