Aarohi POV:

Sanju barged in, her face pale and eyes wide with fear. "Bhaiyya, Mam, Aryan is kidnapped."

"What?" The word came out as a whisper, my heart stopping for a moment before the full weight of her words sank in. The room seemed to spin around me, and all I could think of was Aryan's innocent face.

Krish ran outside, and I went to my cabin, grabbing my phone. Proxy said, "Mam—"

I cut him off, saying, "Come with me, Proxy, NOW." He followed me as I ran towards my car. Baba and Harsh were talking to some employees when Baba saw me.

He asked, "What happened, Princess?"

"Baba, Aryan is kidnapped." His face visibly paled as he said, "Let's go home."

We went home to see Arjun and Krish there, talking to Radhamma. I ran to them, shouting, "What happened, Radhamma? How did he get kidnapped? Where did all the security go? What were you doing?"

She was shaking in fear as she said, "He was playing in the garden, Aaru. I went to get him some milk, but when I came back, he was missing. I checked everywhere and asked the security, but they said they didn't see anything suspicious."

I sighed, breaking down. I looked at Arjun, whose eyes were filled with a cold, terrifying rage. His fists were clenched, and I could see the muscles in his jaw tightening.

His eyes will usually be warm and full of love for Aryan and me, but were now they were icy and calculating, like a predator ready to strike.

I know there was a storm brewing inside him, a mixture of fear, anger, and determination that I had never seen before.

The thought of anyone harming Aryan had unleashed a side of him that was both terrifying and reassuring. I knew he would stop at nothing to bring Aryan back safely.

When he saw the tears in my eyes, he hugged me, caressing my hair. "Shh, it's okay, Rooh. I will find him and bring him back safe to you."

I cried into his shoulder, my breath becoming uneven. Here comes my breathing problem. Soon I felt lightheaded, struggling to breathe. I felt myself being lifted.

"Baby, please breathe for me. It's okay, I got you," I heard Arjun say.

He called me baby again. He said it again!

I didn't know whether to cry in happiness or cry in sadness. I tried breathing as he said, inhaling his scent, which helped me a lot.

Any inhaler is waste compared to this treatment, trust me.

I sniffed, trying to breathe properly again. All the while, Arjun held me tight, whispering sweet things near my earlobe. Finally, I was breathing normally, but my tears didn't stop. He wiped them and kissed my forehead, cupping my face.

"I promise, I will not let anything happen to him, Rooh."

I gave him a small nod as he kissed my forehead again and placed me on the couch before going out. Krish also followed him. Baba sat beside me, rubbing my back as rage built in me.

I shouted, "Proxy, check all the CC cameras NOW."

"I already did, Mam. Here." He showed me the laptop. I saw our security taking Aryan out of our house. He is so dead when he sees me again.

I clenched my fists, thinking of all the ways I would make them pay for this. The nerve of someone to take Aryan from our home, to think they could get away with this.

"Can you track the car number, Proxy?"

He said, "It went in the Rathore Mansion's direction, Mam, but then it suddenly stopped."
