I studied the building in detail a few times. It was strange; a combination of cobblestone and the mossy stuff, with a two by two block entrance, and some spaces for windows not filled in with glass. With a shock, I noticed how dark outside was - not good. Number one rule of exploration; always shelter at night, or risk an endless list of painful deaths.

I ran into the building with little hesitation, hiding between cold stone roofs and walls. I pulled out what I had; I rummaged through my supplies, noticing nearly a stack of jungle logs. Thank Notch that I'd gone wood-cutting earlier. I crafted some basic tools, used some old coal I'd found to make some torches, and two doors to keep the entrance secure enough for the night. I dusted my hands. It seemed good enough, for now at least.

I studied the building a bit more, exploring it as I did so.

There were three stories. The top one had many windows and I personally concluded that it was a great spot for a fireplace. The second story, where the door was, had three staircases; a pair leading up and one leading down. However, the last story, the underground one, I was too afraid to follow into. I know - I'm a wimp, right?

But it was dark, and yes, I know I have torches; but hey, it was scary anyways. What was down there? Infinite possibilities of murder, that's what.  I heard a loud 'baaaa' from outside. Peering out the door, I noticed not one, not two, but three sheep just outside the structure. I guessed the other one was further away. I made short work of them, hurrying inside; I made a bed and slept as soundly as best I could, but my dreams were haunted by growls. And rattling bones. And, worst of all, besides all the classic horror, a pair of mysterious but terrifying lifeless, soulless glowing white eyes.
