~~~~~ That Night ~~~~~
Nya's POV
I was in a dark pine forest. I couldn't see the moon, and the stars were so dull they couldn't shine past the leaves. The pain in my ankle was gone.
The only light were two glowing eyes, but the owner was hidden in the darkness. Without thinking, I began to walk closer.
I walked closer, until he stepped forward. In the dark, all I could see were his two empty, glowing eyes.
"You are my servant. You will serve me until the end."
His voice was evil and mistrusting, but somewhat... Familiar.
"Do you hear me, Nya d'Analov? You belong to me. You are a wielder. All wielders serve me forever."
Although I told myself not to, I was falling into a deep sleep. Every word that came from his mouth, sent me deeper into a slumber I could feel that I would never wake up from.
"You are a wielder. You are mine..."
The words became an echo which slowly lulled me into an everlasting nightmare.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I woke up, surprised to see the moon shining down on me, and illuminating the treehouse. I had been dreaming.

I slammed back down into the cozy, familiar bed. Familiar...

That voice. I must of heard it before.

I remembered my previous dreams. I had never seen the person who owned the glowing eyes, only felt his presence. But still... I couldn't shake off the feeling I was missing something.

I could hear distant noises. The lone growl of a zombie, the cats purring in their sleep, and Steve snoring. Oh Notch, he snores?

I looked over to Zach's bed, surprised to find it empty. Now where could he be...?

I turned around, and I nearly died of shock. Zach was sitting right next to my bed.

Why? Since when? A million questions ran through my head...

Zach's POV

~~~~~~ Earlier that Night ~~~~~~
I sat up, awoken from Steve's snores, the sounds of the night and... A soft voice.
"No... No... Please... I'll never..."
The voice was coming from Nya's bed.
I sat up, but was unworried. Muttering in your sleep is completely normal... Right?
I slowly wandered over to her bedside, and as I sat their, I listened to the jumble of words coming from her mouth.
"No... I'm not... A wielder... I don't... Belong... To Anyone..."
Notch, I didn't think she was creative enough to dream THIS one. Wielder? Belong to someone? Nya would never belong to anyone; and I would't wanna be the person who disagreed with that.
Nya can be a bit sensitive.
But, it something was troubling me. A wielder? I hadn't heard of that term before. I froze.
Was it something to do with that sword that possessed Nya when they first met at that strange underground shrine?
Nah, can't be. I've hidden that sword so well, even Notch couldn't find it if he tried.
Suddenly, Nya jolted upright. At first, her eyes were glazed and unfocussed, but they eventually gained back awareness. She stared straight at me. Crap. What do I do? Yes, Nya, I've been watching you sleep for the past hour and listened to what you said in your dreams. I doubt she'd take that very well.
"Er... Hey." Is all I said.
She didn't answer for a while.
"Oh! Um, hey, Zach. Er, why are you sitting next to my bed in the middle of the night?" She asked me, looking up at me with those dazzling blue eyes. The moon reflected off them in the most beautiful way.
"I was... How do you say this... Listening to you dream?" I replied, hoping that made sense.
She smiled. I smiled back.
"What... What was I saying?" She sounded more nervous now.
"Something along the lines of; I'm not a wielder, I don't belong to you, whatever the hell THAT means." I asked, struggling to catch on with the sudden seriousness of the atmosphere.
"Arg." Nya rubbed her head. "Geez, I have no idea what that was. So, you gonna try and get back to sleep now?" She politely asked me. In others words, please get lost, I need to think. Fair enough.
Before I knew it, I was listening to her murmur in her sleep... Again.
"Ah... Tali... Give back... My potato..."
Yep, some people might think sleep talking is completely crazy, but for my Nya, its just the norm.
