The moment I took his hand, I felt empty and cold. He gently pulled me up, forcing me to stand in my hopeless state. I didn't notice at first, but we were suddenly on a beach. A domain expansion! I looked at him warily and took two hasty steps back.

He laughed and raised his hand, "You're always so tense. Relax, my friends and I mean you no harm!"

"Friends?" I asked, hearing a voice behind me.

"Hello, human." Chills ran down my spine as I turned my head. He had a purple hue, long grey hair, heterochromatic eyes, and stitches on his face. He closed his book and stared at me with a creepy look.

I gasped and murmured, "A curse..." Two others emerged from a doorway. This can't be happening! One looked like a volcano, wielding a staff with just one eye.

He glared angrily at Geto, "Seriously?"

Geto ignored him.

The monster beside him was much larger and silent. I was splashed with water, gasping at the cold contact as my clothes clung to my body. I looked into the sea and saw an octopus swimming.

I glared at Geto, "What is this? A zoo?"

The volcano guy fumed, "Watch your mouth, human."

Geto laughed, then sighed, gesturing around, "These, Kanna, are my supporters."

We sat at a table, and Geto introduced them one by one. "Mahito, Jogo, Hanami, and the other is unimportant." Mahito's gaze pierced through me. I felt foolish for following someone so blindly. There was something oddly familiar about the name Suguru Geto. Geto looked at me, "Kanna, our goal is to create a world of Jujutsists." Jogo glared at him before looking at me.

I was confused, "Jujutsists?"

He nodded, "Exactly. A world of Jujutsists where we no longer have to deal with curses because everyone will possess cursed energy, and no one will have to suffer."

My eyes widened, "But that means..."

He nodded seriously, "All non-Jujutsists must die."

I gasped, anxiety rising, "What?"

He looked directly into my eyes, "Don't you want revenge?"

I swallowed hard, "My anger isn't directed at people, but..."

He smiled, "But don't you want to give back to the world the pain it has given you?"

I stammered, "B-b-but..." I was cut off as he suddenly appeared behind me, placing a hand on my shoulder, and we were somewhere else. Damn, he's fast—I couldn't even notice him moving... We were on a high rooftop, Tokyo illuminated below us. He came close from behind, resting his chin on my shoulder, his lips almost touching my earlobe, one arm gliding over my left arm and raising with his. Goosebumps spread, and I breathed deeply.

He whispered, making my heart race, "Don't you see this filthy world, Kanna? This world that has caused you so much pain..."

I swallowed hard, my eyes widening. He's right, and that scares me... His finger pointed to a few scattered people. "There are people everywhere who are evil and want to hurt good ones like you."

My breath caught, and I felt myself start to sweat. His whispering voice stirred butterflies in my stomach that I needed.

I whispered back, "Yes, maybe I should share my pain with the world..."

I noticed his grin, "Good... let the world sink into chaos... let the world share your pain... let those who exploit others be punished."

The thought of exploitation made my blood boil. My right hand clenched into a fist. Gojo Satoru... I don't know how I feel about him, but I love and hate him deeply.

Like a robot with no will, I said, "Yes, I want to see the world in chaos."

He grinned wider on my shoulder, slowly pulling away and observing me one last time, "Very good..."

He moved in front of me, took my chin, and forced me to look at him. His eyes showed no kindness. Screw it... His expression turned serious, "Say it, Kanna."

I gritted my teeth, "I want to bring the world into chaos!" I looked at him determinedly as he smirked and disappeared in an instant.

"Then it's time to move on to step two."

He briefed me on the next steps, explaining how we would trick him. He looked at me intently, "Are you ready?"

I opened my palm, then clenched it into a fist and nodded, "Yes, I am."

Let my new life begin once more.
