Lisa's P. O. V.

I glanced at Jennie unnie's empty seat, tapping my fingers impatiently on the table. It had been a while since she excused herself to go to the restroom, and I was getting bored.

"Anyone know what's taking her so long?" I asked, rolling my eyes.

Jisoo unnie shrugged, scrolling through her phone absently. "No idea," she replied. "She probably got distracted by something on her phone or something."

I let out a sigh, leaning back in my chair. "She better hurry up," I said. "This party's becoming a real snoozefest without her here."

"Maybe she's just trying to avoid you and your grumpy attitude," Rosé chimed in teasingly.

I shot her a glare, my mouth turning downward into a pout. "Hey, I'm not grumpy, I just get bored easily."

"Right," Rosé said, rolling her eyes. "How could I forget that your attention span is about as long as a goldfish's."

I huffed in annoyance, crossing my arms over my chest. "At least I have personality, unlike you, Miss Ice Queen."

Rosé chuckled, clearly not bothered by my jab. "Please. You're just jealous because I have a talent for being chill while you're always running around like a headless chicken."

"I do not run around like a headless chicken," I protested. "I just happen to have a lot of energy. It's not my fault that you're so boring and unengaged all the time."

Jisoo unnie chuckled, shaking her head. "You two are like two peas in a pod, always fighting and bickering like siblings."

Rosé stuck her tongue out at me before replying to Jisoo unnie. "We're not fighting, we're just having a spirited conversation. Aren't we, Lili?"

I rolled my eyes, but couldn't help but smile. "Yeah, sure," I said. "Just wait until Jennie unnie gets back. She'll put us both in our places."

"That's if she ever comes back," Rosé replied jokingly. "Maybe she's just escaped out the window and left us all here."

I chuckled, imagining Jennie unnie making a dramatic escape out the window. "Nah, she's too responsible for that. She'll be back any minute now."

As if on cue, Jennie unnie walked back towards our table, a neutral expression on her face. The three of us immediately straightened up, turning to look at her as she approached.

"Finally!" I exclaimed, feigning annoyance. "What took you so long?"

Jennie unnie chuckled and took her seat at the table.

"Just had to fix my makeup," she said, running a hand through her hair. "You know how it is."

Rosé raised an eyebrow. "What, did you do a full face makeover in there?"

"Nah, nothing that dramatic," Jennie unnie replied with a shrug. "Just had to fix my lipstick and smooth down my hair."

I leaned forward, a mischievous gleam in my eyes. "Smudged lipstick, huh? And what, pray tell, caused that to happen?"

And the next second I saw her choking on her drink and coughing, her cheeks turning red.  What in the Mafia? Jennie Kim blushing and coughing?

"Shut up," she muttered, her voice slightly raspy. "It's nothing, just got distracted is all."

Rosé raised an eyebrow and smirked. "Distracted, huh? By what, or should I say, who?"

Jennie unnie rolled her eyes at Rosé's question. "No one special," she said with a shrug. "Just had a... run-in with someone."
