Jennie's P. O. V.

I slowly opened my eyes, groggily taking in my surroundings. I was in my room, the sunlight streaming through the window casting a warm glow on the bed. I sat up, rubbing my eyes, trying to shake off the remnants of the strange dream I had.

"My head feels heavy," I mumbled to myself, slowly pushing the blankets off and swinging my legs over the edge of the bed. I blinked a few times, my eyes adjusting to the brightness of the room. I couldn't quite recall how I ended up in bed.

"V? Got me here?" I mumbled out loud, confusion clouding my mind.

I tried to remember the events of the previous night, but my memories were hazy and fragmented. I recalled walking out to the front yard, feeling cold and tired, and then... nothing.

All the memories came rushing back to me. I fainted, and then.. then he picked me up and brought me back to my room. I checked the time on my phone, it was already past noon.

"Yo, sleeping beauty! You awake yet? I brought you some coffee," Lisa's voice pulled me out of my daze, and I turned to see her walking towards me with a tray in her hands.

A smile spread across my face as I took in her cheerful appearance. "Thank you, maknae."

Lisa handed me a cup of coffee, and I thanked her again, taking a sip of the warm beverage.

"You were out cold last night," Lisa remarked, sitting down on the bed beside me.

"I saw V carrying you inside. He didn't say much, just laid you down on your bed and left."

"He...uh.. ok," I stumbled over the unprepared words that were about to escape my throat.

"He was all wet and brooding, like a character straight out of a romance movie," Lisa added dramatically, fanning herself for effect. "He really cares about you, you know?"

I gave Lisa a long glare but she laughed in response, "He does not care about me, Maknae. He's just being his usual annoying self." She crossed her arms over her chest, nodding sarcastically.

"Uh-huh, sure. Keep telling yourself that," she winked at me. "Face it, noeun, he's got feelings for you. And it's not just me who thinks so. Even the members have been noticing."

I set my coffee aside, my eyes fixed on a random spot. Feelings? For me? V has feelings for me? It's impossible, isn't it?

A tap on my shoulder brought me back to reality and it was Lisa, "It's not impossible, eonnie. In fact, it's very possible. I've seen the way he looks at you."

I let out a sigh, rubbing my temples. "But why would he be interested in someone like me, Lisa? I'm just a simple, quiet person who's not that interesting compared to the rest of the members. Why would he like me?"

Lisa's face contorted in disbelief and she held my arms making me look at her, "What did you fucking say? This ass? This body? It's boring? You've got curves on all the right places. I swear I would fu-"

"Lalisa!" I threw a cushion at her direction but she managed to dodge it before running to the entrance of the room, laughing.

I watched as she exited the room, her laughter echoing through the hallway. Sighing, I slumped back on the couch and closed my eyes.

A moment later, the door swung open again and Lisa stormed back in, her face red with anger. "JENNIE KIM!" she shouted, pointing a finger at me. "YOU THINK YOU'RE BORING? YOU THINK YOU'RE NOT INTERESTING?"

"YOU'RE WRONG, JENNIE KIM!" Lisa continued. "YOU ARE THE MOST INTERESTING PERSON I KNOW! YOU HAVE A BRIGHT AND CLEVER PERSONALITY!"

Lisa took a breath, trying to calm herself down. "You have a heart of gold that lights up every room you walk in. You might not see it, but trust me, you are amazing."

I found myself at a loss for words. She walked over to me and hugged me tightly. "Promise me, Jennie unnie, that you'll start seeing yourself the way we see you." She whispered in my ear.

"Okay, okay, maknae. I promise." I muttered, my face slightly flushed from the sudden display of affection. Lisa pulled away and gave me a smile, satisfied with my response.

"Anyway, as I was saying, I would fuck you if I were a guy." She said it with a mischievous grin before I could react, I quickly grabbed a pillow and threw it at her.

Lisa let out a laugh as she caught the pillow and quickly ran out of the room, avoiding any other projectiles I might have thrown at her. I heard her footsteps race up the stairs and disappear into her bedroom. "Same old Lili."

I let out a sigh and smiled to myself, feeling warm and fuzzy inside. I had a sudden burst of energy, so I decided to make the most of it. I stood up and headed towards my closet, and picked out the perfect casual outfit.

After a few minutes of searching, I settled on a comfortable pair of high-waisted jeans and a simple white crop top. I paired it with a denim jacket and my favorite converse shoes. Feeling satisfied with my choice, I headed towards the bathroom to freshen up and do my hair.

When I was finished, I took a step back to admire myself in the mirror. I looked relaxed and cute, just the way I liked it. I grabbed my phone and headed downstairs.

As I entered the kitchen, I could hear Lisa and Rosie laughing from the living room. They were watching some stupid show on TV again. I shook my head and walked towards the counter, grabbing a banana from the fruit bowl and munching on it as I scrolled through my phone.

I finished my banana and tossed the peel into the trash can before wandering towards the pool area.

As I pushed open the sliding doors, the sound of splashing water reached my ears. I stepped outside and saw Jisoo unnie swimming laps in the pool, her wet hair fanned out.

Jisoo looked up and smiled when she noticed me. She stopped swimming and lifted herself out of the water, standing at the edge of the pool.

"Morning, Nini. You're good now?" she asked, wiping her face with a towel.

Yeah, I'm feeling better now." I replied, smiling in return.

She nodded and sat down on the edge of the pool, her legs dangling in the water.

"So... Uh, where are those guys?" I asked casually, taking a seat next to her on one of the poolside loungers. She looked at me for a moment before understanding what I was asking.

"Prince is out shopping with J-hope, or maybe he was the one shopping while Prince was watching? I don't remember." Unnie laughed lightly at her own joke

"Suga is probably in his room, working on something. And that maknae is... well, I'm not entirely sure where he is," she said.

"And what about Jin oppa?" I asked, tilting my head slightly. Just as unnie was about to respond, we heard footsteps approaching.

We both turned our heads to see Jin hyung emerging from the house, carrying two tall glasses filled with a vibrant, colorful liquid.

"Well, look what the cat dragged in," Jisoo unnie said, a teasing smile on her face as he just rolled his eyes lovingly before giving her a drink. "Here you go. A non-alcoholic cocktail, specifically made by yours truly."

So... what's going on here?" he asked, taking a sip from his drink. I couldn't help but watch him in awe, honestly.

I glanced at the entrance of the pool area before returning my gaze back to unnie, "Where is V?" I asked.

A smirk made its way to her lips before she answered my question or at least that was what I thought, "Haven't seen him though. What happened?"

"He had some work today. Maybe he won't come tonight," Jin oppa answered and a disappointed expression invaded my face.

With that, I decided to give them some alone time. I stood up, saying goodbye to them. "I'm going to head back inside, you guys enjoy your drinks." She waved at me as I walked back inside.
