TWO DAYS LATER

Kai entered to find Jennie standing by the window, gazing out at the city lights with a distant expression. Her shoulders were slumped, and she seemed completely absorbed in her thoughts.

"Never thought I'd have you looking out like a trapped rat in my place." He thought.

He reached out and shook her shoulder, causing her to flinch and turn to face him. Her eyes were red and puffy, as if she'd been crying.

Forcing a sad expression onto his face, he titled his head slightly. "Jennie...?" he called out softly, as if genuinely concerned. She flinched at the sound of his voice and hesitantly nodded, "Yes...?"

"You haven't left this room for two days," he began, his fake sadness turning into a hint of amusement. "Let's go clubbing today."

"No," she replied automatically, her body tensing. "And why not?" Kai retorted, his smirk returning. "It'll be fun, Jennie. It's not like you have a choice, anyway." He shrugged nonchalantly, enjoying her discomfort.

Kai took a deep breath, rolling his eyes and clenching his teeth in frustration behind his fake smile. "Jennie, sweetheart," he cooed, his voice dripping with false sweetness, "I really think you need this. A night out, some fun, away from all this..."

"I have already picked out an outfit for you," he continued, gesturing to a sleek, figure-hugging shiny dress laid out on the bed. "Wear that, and we'll leave in half an hour." He flashed her a disarming smile, as if expecting her to comply without question.

She opened her mouth to argue, but he simply turned and walked out of the room without another word, leaving her standing there in stunned silence. The door clicked shut behind him, leaving her alone with the unwelcome dress and the prospect of a forced night out.

With a heavy sigh, Lisa flopped down onto the plush couch in the shared living room, her forehead resting in her palm. The weight of the past few days hung heavily over the villa, casting a somber pall over everyone. "I miss Jennie unnie."

The others, scattered around the room, paused in their activities to look at her. Jungkook, who had been flipping through channels on the TV, muted the volume.

"We all do, Lisa." RM replied, his voice steady despite the emotion flickering in his eyes.

He was sitting at the dining table, surrounded by papers and a laptop - he'd been throwing himself into work, trying to distract himself from the empty space beside him that Jennie used to occupy.

Just then, Jimin burst into the room in a hurry. He rushed over to the table, dumping a stack of papers onto the surface and turning to face the others. "I found a way to meet Jennie!"

Everyone snapped to attention, their eyes widening with surprise and disbelief. Namjoon was the first to react, pushing back his chair and standing up to face Jimin. "What do you mean?"

"Club Obsidian," Jimin announced, a dark smirk playing on his lips. "I hacked into their member directory, and... Jennie's name is on the list. She's a VIP member."

"Club Obsidian?" RM echoed, furrowing his brow. The name rang a bell, but he couldn't quite place it. "Isn't that the high-end, members-only club downtown?"

"Exactly," Jimin confirmed, leaning against the table with a smug expression. "And if we can get in, we can find Jennie. I'm working on securing invitations for tonight."

Rosé's eyes widened, hope sparking within them. "Tonight? Really?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Hoseok nodded, a determined expression on his face. "Looks like we're going clubbing," he said, exchanging a meaningful glance with the other members.
