I think after we pulled away from each other, the only thing I could do was give a flustered laugh. He too, had a huge smile on his face, the wind blew on us more, and considering how I was pretty much barely clothes, I gave a slight shiver.
"I'm gonna head home now." I told Jake, I had no purpose being here anyways, I was bored and had to go to work the next day.
"Like that?" He inquired, looking me up and down.
"Well, I mean, I do live just right there." I chuckled, still feeling the pounding of my heart against my ribcage.
His gaze never failed to make me feel flustered.
"Still, it doesn't take long to catch a cold, here, let me give you my jacket real quick." Jake gave me a light smile, heading out of the balcony.
I followed behind as the two of us walked out of Heeseung's room. I know, it's a dangerous game we're playing, especially because Heeseung could appear out of nowhere - and then what? Both of us are pretty much screwed.
But nonetheless, he handed me his jacket, putting it over me and giving a smile. He gazed at my face for another moment.
"Coming back? Or..?" Jake tucked a strand of hair behind my ear, seriously just admiring my facial features.
"Probably not." I told him, and his eyes lost the sparkle a little, clearly disappointed.
"Ah, that really sucks. Seems like I'm gonna have to go home too then." Jake gave a light laugh, pulling his phone out and handing it over to me, signalling for me to put my number in.
I did exactly so, relatively quickly too.
"You don't need to leave just because I am." I gave a laugh as he typed on his phone, a wide smile on his face.
"Only came here for you, not really a fan of parties either." We made our way downstairs, and seriously, he had such a comforting atmosphere, just being around him soothed me more than anything possibly could.
I saw no flaws in this man, sure, he rode a motorcycle and did some things I didn't particularly like, but all in all, he was a man descended from heaven itself.
I had no idea why Heeseung was so vexed over him hitting on me, he was literally perfect.
"Wow, look at you, really testing Heeseung's patience, huh?" I stood before the door, the smiles on our faces were genuinely huge, and they did not drop a single bit.
"He can cope, I can't though." Jake's eyes sharply stared into mine, and he gave a light sigh before leaning in and giving a kiss on my forehead, "I'll see you around then."
And like that, I nodded, leaving the house and heading quickly over to my own place to change and take a shower foremost.
It was exciting, okay, sure, we weren't exactly dating, but the thrill of hiding our little relationship - if that's what you could call it - from Heeseung was fun.
Now I was kind of seeing why Heeseung enjoyed doing things he wasn't allowed to do.
A few hours passed, and I had already settled down, taken a shower, changed and all of that. I laid on my bed, binge watching a few videos, ideally, I should probably be asleep by now, but the replay of the events that happened tonight between me and Jake were keeping me up relentlessly.
I found myself literally smiling to myself, turning sides on my bed, putting my pillow over my head and face.
This guy just knew how to make a girl feel excited.
Speaking of which, a text message made it's presence known, through a single ding, in my quiet ass room.
I expected it to be Heeseung or something, but as I checked my phone, I genuinely almost launched it across the room.
Attached, there was a singular video. I debated clicking on it super quickly, because I'd look desperate as hell, so I decided to wait a minute - though - I honestly could not wait, and instead opened the video impatiently.
Jake had sent a video, he was on his motorcycle, at a red light, so the red tint of the street light accentuated his face so beautifully. His hair was a mess, motorcycle helmet flipped up to see his eyes only, he panned the camera to the person next to him.
And it turned out to be Heeseung, the two seemed to be going on a joyride or something of the sorts.
As he pointed the camera back to him, he gave a wink, flipped his helmet back down, and that was the end of the video.
Goddamn, I was about to start rolling on my floor, I couldn't remain composure if you even paid me. I was literally smiling, giggling to myself like a lunatic, honestly, almost admitted myself to the psych ward over this.
Cause how on earth could a single video make me feel like this?
I typed back, because, truthfully, I was too shocked to even send a video or a voice note back.
