32. I am so exhausted

The rest of the week went by so fast and I saw Lando every day, I was getting a bit annoyed because I can't seem to catch up on all my work and on Wednesday in the class I could not answer any questions being asked. I feel overwork and overwhelm, I phoned my dad and he told me if I can't do it all I need to leave the F1 job and focus on my studies, I refused of course that can be my future work I am not going to mess it up. I told him I will be fine and he sounded worried. I walked to the airplane I am going with McLaren but I am working for Austin Martin and Williams this week they let me know to cover both teams and I was stressing out. How am I going to handle two teams I am going to have to run between the garages? I sat down and sigh, I was exhausted and it doesn't feel like I rest at all.

"Hey baby" Lando say sitting next to me. "Hey" I say giving him a kiss, "you okay?" he ask and I just nod. Soon the plane was in the air and I took out my laptop to work on my portfolio that they are bugging me for. "Bella, what is wrong, I can see something is wrong." Lando say and I look up at him frowning. "Nothing, I just didn't finish all my work I wanted to and this portfolio is difficult, it's for a huge mark in my grade and I don't know, I am exhausted" I say running my hands through my hair. He nods taking my hand and kiss my hand. "It will be alright, you will get through this." I shake my head biting my lip. "I also have to cover two teams this week and I don't know how I will be at two places at once." I say and Lando frown. "They gave you two teams to cover?" he ask and I nod. "Austin Martin and Williams." I say and he nods. "How can I help baby?" he ask taking smiling at me.

I smile at him and just shake my head, "you can't but thank you for offering." I say kissing him and looking at my portfolio again. I was working and making good progress until we landed, we took a car together to the airport and I went to my room and Lando to his, I was so tired and my head wanted to explode, but I need to do at least 2 more assignments tonight. I was sitting on my bed when I hear a knock and I open the door to Lando and my brother. "Hi" I greet them and they stepped in all dress up. "Why are you not ready?" my brother ask and I frown, not sure what he means. "The dinner baby" Lando say and I realize I forgot. "I am not going I am tired and I still have one more assignment to finish." I say and I can see Carlos frowning. "Isa, you need to go." he say and I shake my head sitting down.

"No Carlos, I am overworked, and I am behind on my studies, I have to be here doing that right now, I will be at the paddock tomorrow, meeting with Austin Martin and Williams PR managers, so it will be fine." I say annoyed and frustrated. "Okay, its fine you stay here and I will come check on you later okay?" Lando say and I can see he looks worried. "Okay, thank you" I say standing up walking to my room to finish my assignments. Lando came in and leaned on my door, "Can I at least get a kiss?" he ask and I smile at him as he walks closer to me. I kiss him and told him to have a good night and then I heard them leave. I took a deep breath and started working again. It was after 1 and Lando was not here yet and I decided that he maybe just went back to his room and I got in bed. I took my phone and message Lando

Me: Hey, I am really tired so I am going to bed, see you tomorrow.

I send it and mot long I fell asleep, stressing about how I am going to finish everything in time. I woke up the next morning with an email from the school requesting I send in my portfolio update by the end of the day and I groaned in frustration, I went to shower and got dressed I then took a taxi to the paddock and walked to Austin Martin first, I met Rob and he told me what he wanted and I agree to it, then I walked to Williams and I met Emma and at least she and Rob almost got the same Idea, I took some photos in the Williams garage and I met Alex and Logan, they were nice and I took a lot of pictures of them just in case I don't get to it this weekend, I walked back into the Austin Martin garage and I met Fernando and Lance, I started taking pictures of them and of the team, and by lunch time I realize I have not eaten yet and I walk to the hospitality.

I see Lando walking to me and he smiles. "Morning baby" he say kissing me and I smile. "Afternoon" I say and he laugh. He walk with me to hospitality apologizing for being out so late as some of them decided to go clubbing and I just nod. I sat down and started eating my salad. I can see he is looking at me frowning. "What?" I ask him and he shake his head. "You look tired." he say and I look at my food again. "Maybe because I am" I say sipping my water and he nods. "After this race I am taking you to a place where you can rest, no service nothing just us and you resting." he say and I frown shaking my head. "I can't, for the next 2 weeks that is coming I am going to be really busy with my assignments and I have to attend at least 3 classes." I say and I can see he doesn't look happy. "Bella, you are busy burning yourself out." He say and I nod. "I know, but I don't have a choice." I say standing up.

"I have to go, but I will see you later?" I say and he smile, looking worried. "Have dinner with me at least." he say and I shake my head again. "I can't my portfolio must be in before the end of the day, and then I must edit the photos I am taking today." He looks pissed standing up. "When you can fit me in to your busy schedule please let me know." he say and I look up at him shocked. "Lando, we are not all lucky to make millions doing what we love, I am still working on my dream and my studies is a step closer to that dream, please understand." I say and he shake his head and just walked away, I sigh and walked to the Williams garage, I really don't have the energy to deal with Lando's tantrums.

I took more photos between the two teams and then decided to leave, feeling so tired and worn out. "Isa?" I hear and turn to see my brother jogging to me. "Hey" I say and he smiles. "Are you leaving already?" he ask and I nod. "I still have a lot to do, so." "You look tired" he say and I start laughing, he looks confuse. "Estas bien?" he ask me and I shake my head. "No I am not okay, I am tired I have too much on my plate and Lando cannot understand, so no Carlos I am not okay." I say and he walks closer to me and he hugs me, I started crying, I don't know why maybe because I was really very tired. "I will make Lando to understand and I will help where I can okay." he say and I nod wiping a tear. "Thank you, but I really need to go." I say and he nods and I walked to the taxi and went to the hotel.
