20. I believe in you

The next day, we got ready and I can see Lando is nervous. "How are you feeling about yesterday?" he ask and I look up from taking my camera. "Good, just glad he is gone now." I say and he nod his head biting his lip. "How are you feeling about today?" I ask walking to him wrapping my arms around his neck. "I don't know, I am stressing" he say and I nod and kiss him. "I believe in you Lando." I say and he smiles. We walk to the car and drove to the paddock. As soon as I stepped in I see Rebecca. "Hey, how are you?" I ask her and I can see she looks stress. "Good Bella, just your brother is in the hospital." she say and I am shock. "What, why?" I ask and she ran her hands through her hair. "It's his appendix he is going in for an operation in an hour, we could not get hold of you so I came here to tell you, I am going back now." "Shit, okay I can hear if I can also come." I say and she shake her head. "No Bella, your brother told me to tell you to stay and do your job, you can come afterwards." I nod biting my lip. "Please keep me updated okay?" I say and she nods hugging me and left the paddock again.

I walk to the McLaren garage and start taking pictures, I was stressing about my brother. I walked to Lando's drivers room and he smiles when he see me. "How is Carlos?" he ask and I shake my head. "Don't know yet." I say sitting down. "He will be fine Bella." Lando say sitting next to me taking my hand. I just nod. He stands up to finish dressing and I wish him good luck and walk with him to get in the car, I take photos of them getting in the cars and then I stood where I always stood waiting for the race to start. They start and I can see Lando is struggling. The race ends and Lando finished P8. I know he is going to be pissed.

I take photos of the podium and then walked back to the McLaren garage, I tell Charlotte I will send her the photos tomorrow I am just going to visit my brother and she understands. I was waiting outside for Lando giving him some time to cool down, when Victoria from Red Bull approach me. "Hey Isabella right" I nod and she introduce herself, "So we basically just want you to do the same for Red Bull as you did for Ferrari and McLaren." she explain and I nod. "So I will see you in Australia" she say and I thanked her and we said goodbye. I see Lando and I smile. "All done?" I ask and he nods, not looking happy. "I'm working for Red Bull next" I say, "That's good" he say and I gave up making conversation.

We got to the hotel and I went to my room to put away my things and then went back to Lando's room so we can go see my brother. I walk in and he is sitting on the sofa with his phone. "Hey, are you ready to go?" I ask and he looks at me, "I am not going" he say looking back at his phone. "Why?" I ask confused what happened. "Not feeling like it, I had a shit day Bella, please understand that." he say and I can see he is annoyed. "I understand, no need to get rude, Lando." I say rolling my eyes and folding my arms. He sigh and stand up. "I don't have the energy to do this right now." He say and he walks to his room. I frown and left his hotel room, angry why he is taking it out on me. I took a taxi to the hospital and they directed me to my brother's room.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" I ask my brother seeing Rebecca sitting on a chair. "Isa, good, where is Lando?" he ask and I sigh. "He is pissed because he did badly in the race so he wasn't up to coming." I say sitting on the other chair, my brother frowns and then nods. We talked about the race and me working for Red Bull next. A nurse came in and told us visiting hours is over and I stood up kissing my brothers cheek and wished him good luck and then I left. I went to Lando's room to see if he is feeling any better, I walked in seeing he is in the room. I walk to the door and lean against the door looking at him, he is busy getting ready. "Where you going?" I ask and he look up, I can see he is still annoyed.

"To the club" he say putting on a hoodie. "Okay" I say, apparently he doesn't want me to go. I shake my head, "Well enjoy" I say and walked out to go to my room. I knew getting in a relationship so fast was a mistake, and I cannot be with a guy that treats me like Nate did again and Lando is doing the same. I was sitting on my laptop editing pictures when I got a message from Rebecca.

Becca: Hey are you at the club?

Me: No, Lando did not invite me I guess he is still pissed.

Becca: Come with me, we need to go to the club now.

Me: Why?

Becca: I am picking you up in 20 minute get ready.

I frown at her message and stand up to get ready. Just as I was done putting on my shoes there is a knock, I walk to open it and see Rebecca. "Hey, you ready?" she ask and I nod. "So why do we need to get to the club, and does my brother know?" I ask and she nods, we get in the taxi and she gave me her phone. I see a picture of Lando with a blond girl, "Is that Magui?" I ask looking up at her and she just nods, "Where did you get that picture?" I ask frowning. "I follow one of her friends, because we are also friends and she posted it" She say and I nod looking out of the window. "Bella, it can be nothing okay." she say and I just nod, is Lando cheating on me and why would he pressure me in a relationship if he knew him and Magui had something.

We stopped outside the club and got out, I was nervous for what I will see I stood in front of the doors and I took a breath. "You ready?" Rebecca ask taking my hand and I nod walking into the club with her, there was a lot of people in the club and I was stressing, I did not like a lot of people. Rebecca walked straight to the VIP section and she starts climbing the steps all I can do is follow her my heart in my throat and it feels like I cannot breathe. We walked in and Alex is the first to greet us. I look around but I don't see Lando or Magui, Charles also joins and ask about Carlos, Rebecca telling them he is fine and I just stood there my head spinning, where is he, maybe that was and old picture I thought and then I see them.

Lando was sitting on one of the couches surrounded by girls, and Magui on his lap, his hand on her hip and they look very cosy, I could not believe it I swallow the lump in my throat and I hear my name, "Bella, you want something to drink?" I look up at Charles and shake my head no. Rebecca realize I was quiet and then her eyes follows mine, "Bella" she say but I just shake my head, at that moment Lando looks up laughing and his smile drop his eyes meets mine and I can see he did not expect me to be here. I shake my head and told Rebecca I am leaving and I walked out of the club. I breath out the breathe I was holding and I tried to get a taxi, tears starting to roll down my cheeks, but I stopped it.
