Beneath the ancient chapel, shadows danced across the stone walls as the Anti-Personnel Control Squad took their positions. The dim light from the flickering torches barely penetrated the cavernous space, creating an ominous and tense atmosphere. The squad members, clad in dark, streamlined uniforms, moved with a blend of caution and readiness, their eyes darting towards the entrance.

In the absence of their leader, Kenny, the responsibility fell to Caven. A striking woman with piercing blue eyes and short blonde hair, she carried herself with a calm authority that commanded respect. Her sharp hearing picked up subtle disturbances above them, confirming her suspicions that the Survey Corps was near.

" There are at least ten of them up there," Caven whispered to her team, her voice steady yet urgent." And, of course, one of them is Levi. Our initial move will be to lure them inside. Surrounding them and unleashing concentrated fire would be ideal, but we must remember their proficiency in Vertical Maneuvering".

She paused, her eyes scanning the faces of her comrades," They also have two formidable assets with them—the abominations. The likelihood of the battle descending into close combat is high. As long as they remain unaware of our numbers and positions, we have the advantage. But we mustn't underestimate them".

Her gaze hardened as she continued, her voice laced with a mixture of dread and determination," Last time, Levi evaded an ambush and left twelve of our comrades dead. Estella Potter fights alongside him now; a formidable duo. Isolating and neutralizing her could tip the scales in our favor, but it won't be easy. 

And let's not forget, both the Interior Brigade and the royal government have been pacified. Surrender is not an option. In this confined, merciless world, a swift death might be kinder than the fate awaiting us if we fall".

Her words hung heavy in the air, casting a pall of silence over the squad. The weight of their predicament settled in, the oppressive reality of their choices bearing down on them. The walls of the chapel, once a place of sanctuary, now seemed to close in, amplifying the tension.

" But think," Caven added, her voice cutting through the silence." Is this any worse than the perpetual threat of the Titans breaching the walls and annihilating us ? We joined the Military Police Brigade and aligned ourselves with Kenny because, in this seemingly meaningless world, we sought purpose. 

Let's cling to that belief. Hold fast to the hope that if we stall our enemies here, it will mean something in the end. We must believe in Kenny's vision of turning the world on its head".

As she finished, a loud crash echoed through the chamber. The heavy wooden door at the far end slammed open, and the sound of rapid footsteps descended the stairs. Caven dropped to her knees, peering through a shard of broken mirror to survey the unfolding chaos.

Barrels, strapped with canisters, tumbled down the stairs, clattering onto the floor and starting to spew thick, rolling clouds of smoke. The air filled with a pungent odor as the fog spread, obscuring visibility.

" What in the world ?" Caven muttered, her eyes widening in disbelief." Gas canisters ? What are they planning ?".

Emerging from the smoke, Levi, Estella, and Mikasa advanced with grim determination. Estella's golden eyes glinted through the haze as she moved with agile grace, her wand at the ready. Beside her, Draco's face was set in concentration as he muttered an incantation," Incendio". At the same moment, Sasha nocked an arrow, the tip ignited, and released it toward another barrel.

The barrels exploded in a fiery blaze, thickening the smoke and adding to the chaos. The trio engaged their ODM gear, propelling themselves forward with uncanny speed and precision. Estella glanced back to see the squad members raising their weapons, aiming through the billowing smoke.
