Third person POV :

As the sun began its ascent over Trost District, Captain Levi's carefully orchestrated plan unfolded with precision. The group slipped into the bustling streets, merging seamlessly into the throng of civilians. Their nondescript presence went unnoticed amidst the excitement that electrified the air.

Estella and Draco were particularly nervous, knowing that the government had now launched a manhunt to kill them.

" Try not to walk in a cluster. We'll stand out. Eren, Historia, just walk normally". Captain Levi instructed in a low tone, casting a pointed glance at Eren and Historia.

The duo nodded, adopting an air of nonchalance as they weaved through the crowd.

Oluo sighed as he adjusted Draco's hood with a heavy hand, drawing an irritated hiss from the latter.

" Cut it out". Draco hissed, his discomfort evident.

Oluo's response was terse," You'll thank me later when you're not six feet under".

Meanwhile, Estella, her nerves betraying her, attempted to shield her eyes from prying gazes, nearly stumbling in the process. Captain Levi's swift reflexes spared her from a fall, his arm encircling her waist protectively.

" Watch your step". He chided softly, his concern palpable.

" Sorry... I was trying to hide my eyes... Since they are unusual...". Estella replied, her voice tinged with self-consciousness.

" There's nothing wrong with your eyes". Mikasa said firmly, her tone unwavering.

Estella raised an eyebrow, her expression skeptical," Try telling that to the ones who've bothered me about them". She added pointedly.

Draco could only look guilty, his gaze shifting away. He knew all too well the mockery Estella endured from many Slytherins who deemed her eyes peculiar.

" Those idiots aren't worth your attention," Oluo declared vehemently, his disdain evident." Ignore them".

But the topic of conversation changed when Connie started talking.

" Why are the royal family's flags hanging everywhere ?". Connie asked, his curiosity piqued as he scanned the surroundings.

Sasha gasped, a smile lighting up her face," Oh ! Today must mark the anniversary of the King's coronation. It's when they distribute a haul of rations". She exclaimed with enthusiasm.

A soldier's voice boomed over the crowd, announcing," We'll begin distributing rations ! King Fritz has heard of Trost District's hardships and will donate from the royal family's reserves !".

" There's plenty for everyone ! Form a line, please !". Another soldier instructed, his voice cutting through the growing excitement.

The crowd quickly gathered around the soldiers, their chants of gratitude filling the air, praising King Fritz's generosity. Everyone was delighted to have food. After all, the city was still in a precarious state after the attack and battle it had undergone.

" What a king ! He's truly benevolent !". Sasha exclaimed, her admiration evident.

" Don't be naive". Draco interjected, his skepticism apparent.

" What Draco means is that it's a strategic move by the political powers to garner public favor". Estella added, her insight cutting through the momentary euphoria.

Captain Levi's voice, calm yet ominous, joined the conversation," They're right. He's wielding his surplus as a tool. People are easily swayed, especially when tempted with food". He remarked, his words tinged with a hint of cynicism.
