“ If the child doesn't have a mother or any female to accompany her inside then she can't play in the playground.” Pag explain nong babae, to be honest that's a bit unfair to people like me. I'm a single father tapos hindi makakapasok ang anak ko dito? Pero, this woman is just following rules set by the establishment. Kukunin ko na sana si Calliope but Zilas put his entire arms in front of me, he then proceeds to shove me softly back to his corner.
“ Are you saying that this little girl can't play in the playground just because she has no females to accompany her? Such a misandry. Don't your establishment have any better rules to apply rather not letting a father accompany her daughter to a playground?! This is unreasonable! ” He was fuming with anger kaya hinawakan ko siya sa balikat and pulled him towards me.
“ Sir, I'm really sorry but I'm just following the rules set by my boss. I don't make rules.” Pagpaalala nong babae habang pinapakalma si Zilas. I understand her, it's not the workers fault but Zilas took his anger out in her.
“ Pasensya kana, medyo mainitin lang talaga ang ulo ng lalaking 'to. ” Paghingi ko ng tawad para kay Zilas.
“ Tsk.” He clicked his tongue and crossed his hands in his chest. Halatang sanay siyang makuha niya palagi ang gusto niya base on how he manage the situation.
“ Excuse me po, mommy ko po siya. Can he enter po? Please po.” Nagulat kaming tatlo when Calliope pleaded, she was pointing at Zilas as her mommy habang naka tingin sa babae ang mga mata niya. My daughter just called this man her mommy.
“ Calliope, no. He's not a mo—”
“ Mommy mo siya, baby?” Tanong nong babae while pointing at Zilas. She even cut me off as if wala akong sinabi. Teka lang! May sasabihin ako! Manahimik kayo!
“ No, his no—”
