Tomorrow comes swiftly, it was the usual morning. Calliope wakes up early to catch the school bus and Zilas drops me off at the restaurant. Palaging na uuna si Wayher kasi siya ang cook, medyo napa aga ako ng dating kaya nadatnan ko siyang binubuksan ang pintuan ng restaurant. I offered him my assistance, when we got inside I cleaned the tables and chairs while Wayher arranged the kitchen for him to use. Mga ilang minuto lang ang dumaan Hezron arrived followed by Rhett. The rest of the employees arrived at exactly 8:30 am.

It was a busy day, marami customer talaga sa restaurant namin kasi mura ang mga ulam. I made sure it's affordable dahil naranasan kung walang makain noon dahil napaka mahal ng bilihin, I don't want more people to experience such.

At exactly 3 pm in the afternoon, humina na ang kumakain dito kaya puwedi na akong mag linis ng kusina. Wayher is taking his lunch, hindi siya kumain nong lunch na dahil ayaw niyang iwan ang kusina kapag may orders pa. I tried taking over sa pag luluto pero matigas ang ulo niya at ayaw ibigay sa akin.

I was scrubbing the counter, making sure every spot is clean for Wayher to use again.

“ Clio!! May naghahanap sa'yo. ” It was one of the employees calling out my name pagka bukas ng pintuan, napa arko ang kilay ko sa narinig. Baka si Zilas.

“ Sino raw?! ” Tanong ko sa empleyado

“ Babae po, ewan kung ano ang pangalan.”

I don't need her to explain any further kasi alam ko na agad kung sino, wala namang ibang babae ang pupunta dito sa akin bukod sa kaniya eh. Sure akong si Manager Viviane 'yan, bumibisita. She made a fool out of me eight years ago and she expects I'd talk to her?! What a joke.

“ Clio, please. ” Agad akong umatras nong humakbang siya palapit sa akin, this distance is best for the two of us. I don't want to be a murderer and I'm pretty sure she doesn't want to be murdered.
