Kartik sat opposite to Vidyut and beside Rudraksh on a chair.
" Bhai, Bade-papa is up to something," Kartik said.
" Elaborate," Rudraksh said.
Kartik nodded, " I heard Baba talking to him. He was asking him to execute the plan. I failed to know that but I saw Badi-maa hiding a file in the secret room. I believe there is something important in that file."
Rudraksh was confused while Vidyut understood every single information. That file is related to Rudraksh's paternity. He needs to get that or his father will keep using him.
" And, maa and badi-maa mentioned bhabhi," Kartik said further.
" Ragini?" Vidyut said and Kartik hummed yes.
" They said, they need to get rid of her as fast as possible. I am afraid they might have thought of something dangerous. I will convince maa to stay away but I am not sure about badi-maa."
Vidyut sighed and nodded. Him and Kartik looked at Rudraksh as he spoke, " I'll go to Jaisingh Mansion tonight. I'll get that file and try to talk to maa."
Vidyut's heart clenched. His brother is innocent and aware of the tactics his mother may pull. She will manipulate him, very cunningly. He thinks it would be easier to talk to Kamini Jaisingh but that woman is a witch in disguise.
" Hmm, I think you should," Kartik agreed. His phone rang and he went outside to pick up the call.
" You will not go there, Rudra," Vidyut ordered his brother.
" Why?" Rudraksh thinned his eyebrows.
" I'll go there and have a conversation with father. You don't need to," Vidyut said.
" But Bhai-"
" Am I clear, Rudra?"
Rudraksh gulped down his words and looked down before nodding unwillingly.
" You may leave now," Vidyut said. Rudraksh stood up and walked out of his cabin.
Meanwhile, In Jaisingh Mansion.
" Fuck!" Ratan cursed as he heard the conversation between Vidyut, Rudraksh and Kartik through the microphone set in the back side of Kartik's collar.
" Now? If Rudra comes here then he'll surely get the file. There is no way we can deceive that sly man."
Ajay said and Narayan agreed.
" We'll have to give Vidyut a jolt to get him back on track," Kamini said while sipping her bear.
" What do you mean?" Ratan asked.
She took a few seconds pause then spoke, " It's time to harm his dear brother."
