Ragini sneezed once again, " Aaachhuuuu!"
She wiped her nose with a handkerchief and palmed her forehead while shaking her head. She opened her eyes and sighed,
" Ab ghurna band bhi kariye."
( Now stop glaring.)
Vidyut is sitting opposite to her, hands crossed around chest and eyes glaring at her.
" Kya kahe the kal raat hum?"
( What did I say last night?)
She pretending to think then replied after few seconds, " ki subha hum vo kar sakte hain ki nhi."
( If we can do it in the morning or not.)
She tried laughing the matter off but her husband was too cold to reciprocate her reaction.
" Ok fine! I am sorry."
He nodded, " better and no ice-cream for a week."
She gasped, " no way! How will I survive without it- aaahchhu!"
She wiped her nose, feeling it itchy. Vidyut raised his eyebrows, " really Angel?"
" Yes, I can live without you for a week but not without ice-cream. It is my first love and you can't separate us. Ice-cream needs to be inside my stomach," she said the last sentence while patting her stomach.
" Screw it. I said, no ice-cream for a week. Am I clear?"
She frowned, " are you ordering you?"
" Yeah,"
He replied and she glared at his back as he stood up and turned his back at her. A maid came with a food plate which was specially made for her. She put the plate on the bed and left.
" Khichdi nahi khaungi main," she sulked.
( I won't eat khichdi.)
" Fir?" he asked while wearing his watch.
( Then?)
" Palak-paneer," she replied with a wide smile plastered on lips.
" No," he declared his decision.
" Why did you bother asking then?" she mumbled which was audible for him.
He went in her direction and took out a tablet from the drawer then put it on the nightstand.
" Eat medicine once you are done eating then sleep and take rest. You have fever so no need to jump here and there."
She hummed uninterestedly. He smiled slightly and pecked the crown of her head.
