Price Range: ~$15 USD

The highest Spyro game in this whole list.

Now, this is what Enter the Dragonfly was supposed to be.

However, at the end of the day, it is just okay.

Now, Spyro is great fun to fly, ram, and burn beasties and such, and some of the characters are actually okay to play as. Hunter can shoot things with his bow...I suppose, and Sgt. Bird is a fine enough shooting gallery, even if it isn't the best thing to control.

However, I believe that the Blink sections are rather infamous since their checkpoint system is basically nonexistent and are rather tedious.

Getting Light Gems and currency for Money Bags is a fine enough gameplay loop.

A vastly superior Spyro game than #128, but due to the lack of time and requiring a shocking amount of funds for upgrades...oof...sorry everybody, but this one is just fine to me at this time.

There are things to do, it runs and plays well, it sounds good to boot, but...

Either the game is rather unchallenging, or rather annoying with one of the other characters, especially since you have to do each character minigame twice to get all the collectables, which is just ridiculous.

If you're a Spyro fan? Yes, definitely get this game!

I myself didn't find this offensive given the price, but given that this was my first foray into a good Spyro game on console, I can't help but feel...underwhelmed...at least now. Not to say that it couldn't change later down the line though.

Also, Ember and Flame. A dragon game. Instant brownie points.
