A third-person arena combat game where you use custom-made robots.
Relatively expensive and is considered a hidden gem by many.
It seems okay, what with a fully-fledged story mode that has its own style and clearly has an identity, even if it involves, well, little robots fighting each other.
It has a multiplayer mode, although, this game is quite difficult to learn at first in terms of mechanics, as I have yet to get super invested in it. Clearly there is quality here and it is a wholly unique product, but this was one of the later games I got before graduate study, and is in the style of an RPG.
If we know anything about RPGs, or, well, games like this, it is that they require a time investment, which, unless you have a Summer to put aside, is quite a challenge.
And so, time and money are both something you need to put down here, but it appears like a good enough game, especially given its reputation.
