(Y/n) crash landed on the balcony of the bedroom they and their fiance shared, "P-perfect landing..." They wheezed out.
Normally, they'd just entered through the front door.... but there was a charity ball they were holding tonight.... A ball they were late for.
(Y/n) quickly got up and rushed into the bedroom frantically looking around for a suit to wear with they saw one hanging above the mirror with a note:
Wear this please!

"I hit the jackpot. I truly did." (Y/n) mumbled with a dreamy smile before rushing to the bathroom with the suit in hand.

Downstairs, Momo walked around the event doing her best hosting. She had expected (Y/n) would be a bit late and she wasn't mad. She knew they must've had a good reason to be late and would be showing up briefly.
As if summoned, (Y/n) sped walked into the room and quickly rushed to Momo's side.
"Heya. Sorry, I'm late. Car crash." (Y/n) quickly explained pressing a quick kiss on Momo's cheek.
Momo chuckled, "Don't worry. I understand. I'm glad the suit fits well."
"Oh, yeah. It's nice. Feels fancy." (Y/n) said.
"I was waiting for you to start dinner with the speech." Momo said.
"Oh, oof. My bad." (Y/n) replied.
"It's only been half an hour. That's not even bad, calm down!" Momo said playfully, slapping (Y/n)'s shoulder.
(Y/n) offered Momo their arm, which she gleefully took before both made their way to the middle of the room where they'd set off a small stage in the morning.
Momo walked towards the mic and delivered a graceful and rehearsed speech to encourage people to donate throughout the night.
"Is there anything you'd like to add, my lovely fiance?" Momo asked.
(Y/n) was a bit thrown off by suddenly being tagged in, but being so recognizable it only made sense to have them speak. They walked over taking the mic from Momo before trying to think of something to say.
"Uh... Rich people, be honest. You don't need that extra money anyway. So, why not make it rain on the less fortunate? You can buy that new car next month I'm sure~" (Y/n) joked.
The whole room laughed.
Momo laughed also before taking the microphone from (Y/n), "Remember that any amount you're willing to give can make a huge difference! We thank you in advance! Now, if you'd be so kind, you may head into the dining room for the complimentary dinner. It's located towards my left."
The whole room started walking towards the dining room in silent chatter.
(Y/n) and Momo followed closely behind. After the dinner it was a long night of mingling to try and swindle the most amount of money they could...
For a good cause of course!
