(Y/n) cheerfully strolled cheerfully after Sero and them had turned in their luggage to the airline.
Sero followed, looking as pale as a ghost.
(Y/n) was completely oblivious to this behavior until they made it to the area where they had to wait to board the plane.
"Eh? Are you sick, Hanta?" (Y/n) asked.
"I don't think so? I-i guess I'm just anxious." Sero said.
"How come? My family isn't scary at all... Well, except for maybe my uncle, Simon." (Y/n) said.
"You guys are... silently scary..." Sero said, as a chill ran down his spine.
"Pfft— What!?" (Y/n) said in disbelief.
"You guys are so nice, I remember when we visited back in first year, but I feel like you're always judging who's good enough or not in the background. Must be worse for partners...." Sero explained.
That was a little odd.
(Y/n) did remember both Eli and Saeyoung saying something like feeling judged on the introductory dinners, but both Brandon and Ema said they had no idea they had no idea that happened at all.
Then again.... Cunningham's didn't have the reputation for NOT being dense.
"Well... maybe? But you shouldn't mind too much. Just be yourself! That's what I liked about you, so I'm sure they will too!" (Y/n) assured.
Sero sighed and smiled softly.
"Once you're in it'd take a lot for you to be treated badly. Just don't kiss too much ass, and you'll make it through." (Y/n) joked lightly punching Sero's arm.
Sero chuckled before wrapping (Y/n) in a really tight hug.
(Y/n) hugged back and the two stayed that way until the call for boarding came through.
Both walked towards the ticket booth.
