Moon Rabbit, the name of the Guild that Indra and Dewi made. They couldn't decide on the name for days until their dad told them to just use Dewi's unique ability's name.
His suggestion was White Rabbit because dad doesn't know the ability's real name. But Dewi's rabbit transformation doesn't only have white color. There are some red parts that are very eye catching.
So then they decide to just settle with Moon Rabbit, the real name of her ability. Even so, she isn't the Guild Master, Indra is the Guild Master. She is the Vice-Guild Master and the face of the Guild. In another word its mascot.
When Indra tells her that, Dewi chases him until they have some laps around the city.
But because none of them have any experience of managing a company, they decide to leave it to the professionals.
Their grandpa recommends some people that he trusts to be their assistants and secretaries. The ones he recommends are people with skills but unable to show those skills because the companies they worked in prefer connections over skills.
They did great jobs, but couldn't even get promoted because their previous companies would rather promote the family members of their 'important' people.
Like if the son of a manager applies, he will immediately get accepted and even get promoted to a good position even though he isn't that skillful.
Indra doesn't want to run his Guild like that. He prefers to hire those with real skills over just connections. Even if his cousins apply, he will still test them if they have the skills for the positions they are applying for.
So he also tests the ones recommended by his grandpa. He gives them a week to do their supposed jobs and he will evaluate them.
There are a lot of things to do in the early stages of creating their Guild. They need to make proper organization structures, recruiting members, preparing proper contracts, making rules, etc.
That's why Indra thinks that this is the best time to see the skills of these recommendations. They will hold important positions, after all, so he needs them to be very skillful.
As for trust, he has a skill called Soul Contract that will bound their souls with him. Breaking their contracts will result in severe consequences that even National Level Hunters won't be able to bear.
Of course, Indra tells all of them about this skill before they start their tests. Some people back down immediately, but most still stay because Indra also tells them that he also can't break his side of contracts, so it's fair.
Because of their fame as National Level hunters, people are flocking to join their Guilds. Obviously they can't accept everyone, so they need to do a lot of tests.
For now, Indra plans to only make 2 raid teams led by him and his sister. So they need 18 A-Ranks to meet the minimum requirement of at least 10 A-Rank hunters in an A-Rank Gate.
But they will also need more hunters to work as miners, monster corpse carriers, porters, and dismantlers. High rank Gates are full of resources like crystals and monster materials, so they need to make sure they have teams to handle those.
Indra also has a plan to make lower rank teams to raid lower rank Gates. But they can't do it immediately when the Guild has just been built. They still lack experience and doing too much work from the beginning will only ruin their development.
Then in just a week, they've finished preparing all the ground work to start their Guild, except for recruiting Hunters. It's because Indra's test for the recommended people who will work on the management of the Guild is set to be 1 week.
