89. New Invention Again

Currently, Indra is doing all his usual agenda. But he is also working on something new. It's an idea from his sister that she got after thinking hard for 3 days, a Gate detector.

Be it now or even in the next few years, mankind still can't detect the appearance of new Gates with any device. The discovery of new Gates always depends on people.

That's why sometimes there are unexpected outbreaks from undiscovered Gates, just like the case in Jin Ah's school where Orcs come out of a Gate hidden in the storage room.

So Dewi thinks that if Indra can make a device to detect Gates in an area, then there won't be any case of undiscovered Gates. Indra thinks it's a good idea because there are a lot of casualties caused by undiscovered Gates.

Indra already has a general concept of how the device will work. He plans to make it work like a radar, but he doesn't know how to create the spell from the runes for that.

"It doesn't need to be able to detect the Gates' ranks. As long as it can detect the Gates, then it's enough. I also need to make sure it only detects Gates, not awakeners that also release mana from their bodies."

There are some other factors that he needs to be mindful of when creating this device. These factors make it more difficult for him, but he can't just ignore these things because they are important.
