95. Giant Killers

Needless to say, the S-Rankers are losing their wits when they see the Giants. Indra is making some holes in his barrier so that they can sense the power of these Giants.

Even if they aren't the types that have high sense to feel magic power, they are still S-Rank Hunters whose sensitivities to magic power are higher than most Hunters in the world.

So they still can feel the pressure from the Giants that keep attacking Indra's barrier. Compared to any monsters they've faced, these Giants' powers are leagues above them.

Even the strongest A-Rank dungeon boss they've fought pales in comparison to each one of these Giants.

Now they understand well why National Level Hunters are needed to clear S-Rank Gates. They don't have confidence to fight these Giants and survive.

All the complaints they had for not being able to participate in the raid battle are gone now. Their envy for Jin Woo who is chosen to join the raid is also gone and they even feel pity now.

They quickly excuse themselves and continue carrying the resources. All of them just want to leave this dungeon quickly before the battle starts.

The National Level Hunters scoff at their nonexistent wits. Even if they know they aren't a match for the Giants, losing their wits just from seeing the Giants is just too much.

Well, at least now they won't need to worry about these S-Rankers disturbing them. They quickly finish transporting the resources out of the dungeon and get ready to start the battle with the Giants.

"Alright, I'll let the Giants out one by one, get ready!"

The raid team has discussed how they'll fight these Giants. They decide to fight the Giants one by one to make the battles much easier.

But for this plan, Indra told them he can only give them basic buffs to save his mana. He has maintained the barrier for a while and now he needs to keep it until all the Giants are killed.

Obviously, he won't run out of mana even if he gives them the best buffs. But he still needs to hide his real power and besides, they won't fail to kill a Giant even if they don't receive any buffs.

Indra gives them basic level buffs as planned and then opens a hole in his barrier. The hole is big, but it's only enough for a Giant. So after a Giant comes out of the hole, Indra closes it again to prevent the other Giants from coming out.

The Giants are surprised, but they quickly ignore it and the one that came out immediately charges at the raid team.

Shiddarth taunts the Giant and tanks its attacks with his magic shield. After he gets the Giant's aggro, the others quickly move to attack the Giant that focuses on attacking Shiddarth's magic shield.

Because of the Giant's size, attacking its vital points is not easy. But they have a good basic strategy to fight Giants. It is to immobilize them by breaking their feet that support their massive bodies.
