The meeting starts with a few formalities that aren't too long because they are in an urgent situation. Then they start talking about the strategy to raid the S-Rank dungeon. They've made a strategy after knowing the number of hunters joining this raid and their classes.
"Our strategy is to divide everyone into standard raid teams' compositions to make it easier for you to move. Being in a big group will hinder your mobilities and it will be harder to lead. However, we have a slight problem, which is the number of Healers in this raid. There are only 5 S-Rank Healers among all 143 Hunters that will participate. Our ideal raid teams are composed of 10 Hunter in each team and there should be 1 Healer in every team. So we'll need at least 14 Healers to make ideal raid teams."
While people from different countries have different opinions about that ideal raid team compositions, they agree that there are too few Healers. Even if they are S-Ranks, 5 Healers are still too few to assist 138 Hunters.
"With that reason, we will also send 18 A-Rank Healers into the raid. There will be 14 teams in total. 5 teams will have an S-Rank Healer each and the other 9 will have 2 A-Rank Healers each."
It surely is better to have more Healers even if they are A-Ranks. 2 A-Rank Healers still can't be compared to an S-Rank Healer, but they still can save the S-Rank Hunters' lives. A-Rank Healers already have the power to regenerate limbs, after all, so they surely are important.
"Aside from 5 S-Rank Healers, there are 21 Mages with different magic types, 39 Tanks, 56 Melee Fighters with different specialties, 12 Archers, and 10 Assassins. We have assigned everyone into 14 groups that you can see on the tablet screens in front of you."
Everyone looks at the tablets on their desks. The screens suddenly show lists of groups that they can check. Indra quickly looks for his group and sees that he is in the same group as his sister. Maybe they are being considerate of him and his sister.
But it surely helps him a lot because now it will be easier to protect his sister. He was about to complain if he and his sister were separated. Well, maybe he won't even need to do that because his sister will throw a tantrum first.
His team has 11 members including them. There are 3 Tanks, 4 Melee Fighters other than Dewi, a Mage, and an Archer. They don't have any assassins. The Melee Fighters are 2 Swordsmen, an Axe user, and a Brawler while the Mage is a Fire Mage, which is the most common magic type.
Surprisingly, one of the Melee Fighters is actually Sung Il Hwan. Indra remembers that Il Hwan should be a speed type Fighter that uses a pair of daggers like Jin Woo. Maybe he is the reason they don't need to have an assassin type hunter in their team.
'This is great. Now it will be easier to talk to him as we are in the same team.'
After that, the meeting continues. They talk about the teams' positions during the raid now. The teams will switch positions if needed like when the ones in the front get too much damage so they can retreat and heal.
The 5 teams with S-Rank Healers will be at the front. Andre and Reed are in the same team that also in the front. They will be in the middle while Indra's team is on the most left of the front row. When Indra checks the front row team, he realizes they have more melee fighters and tanks as each team only has a Mage and an Archer.
Liu Zhigang and the other top S-Ranks are also in the front row teams. Indra guesses that the Federal Hunter Bureau has checked everyone's raid records to know their levels because they can't truly know everyone's real power as the magic measurement device can't measure their total magic power.
After that, they talk about more details like the raid schedule, equipment that will be provided by the Federal Hunter Bureau, and even supplies in case the raid will take a long time. Each team is also provided with an A-Rank porter to carry spare equipment and their supplies.
