Chapter 10

Alastor and Lucifer are woken up by getting kisses on the cheek from Cody. Alastor looks at him. "Well good morning bubba." He sits up. Lucifer stretches yawning. "What time is it??" Alastor looks. "7:12" Lucifer sits up. Alastor pulls Cody onto his lap. "How did you sleep?" "Good!" Alastor hugs him. "Im sorry you had a nightmare last night bubba." Cody hugs him. "Its okay papa."

Lucifer gets up. "Papa gets nightmares too." "Really??" Cody looks up at Alastor. "I do, they arent fun are they?" "No!" Alastor gets up holding him. "Alright. Breakfast then ill help you get ready for the day." "Then i can play!" "Yes then you can play." They walk downstairs. "I wonder if anyone else is awake?" Lucifer yawns. "Charlie most likely."

When they walk into the kitchen everyone is awake standing around. "Oh or everyone is." "Good morning!!" Charlie smiles big. "Why is everyone awake so early??" "We wanted to do something special for you guys!" Angel sets the plates on the table. "So we all helped make breakfast!" Alastor sets Cody down in the chair. "Thank you, thats very kind."

Husk chuckles. "You two have a kid now, we are here to help anyway we can." Charlie nods "yep!" Lucifer hugs Charlie. "You're such a good person Charlie. Im so proud of you." She hugs back. "Aweee thanks dad!" Everyone sits down. "Oh i just realized your dad never came to officially see Cody." "Oh yeah i guess not." Lucifer clears his throat. "Dad!"

God appears in him pajamas, hes shirtless and wearing silk baby blue pants with duck slippers. "Whats up Luic..?" He yawns. Angels eyes widen "hubba hubba holy shit..." Even Husk cant look away. "God's fucking built..!" God looks at them confused "huh..? Are you talking about me being muscular??" Husk and Angel nod together. They look at each other then back at God and say at the same time. "Smash."

Lucifer groans "stop looking at my dad like that its gross!! Anyway! We wanted you to officially meet Cody Dad." "Oh yeah!" Cody is eating his eggs. God walks over to him. "He came out perfectly!" Cody looks up at him mouth full of food. "Dont you dare speak until your mouth is not full." Alastor points his fork at Cody.

Cody swallows his food "Hi!" God picks him up and checks him making sure there isn't any defects. "I will admit his body was a different one ive never made one so unique." Cody laughs as God twists and turns him around. Alastor stands up quickly. "Will you stop doing that to our child?!"

God freezes with a confused expression, hes holding Cody upside down. Alastor panics and quickly takes Cody from him. "Dont hold him like that!" Alastor holds him close and protectively. Lucifer cant help but laugh at how protective hes being. "Baby Dad wont so anything to hurt him, hes okay."

Everyone thats watching thinks its really cute how Alastor is acting. They know hes going to be a good father. Alastor glares at him. God raises his hands into the air. "Okay okay i wont I promise." Alastor sets Cody in his chair again. "Keep eating."

Alastors ears twitch. God and him both look at the door. "I heard it too." Alastors eyes turn to dials. Everyone gets worried. The door gets kicked down. Lucifer grabs Cody and teleports away. Alastor runs to the man. Before he can even open his mouth the man is dead. Lucifer appears again holding Cody. "That was quick." Alastor dusts off. "Yes." Alastor kisses Lucifers head then Codys. "I need to check on a few things and fix the door. Ill be back." "Bye papa!" Codys waves as Alastor walks away

Lucifer looks at him. "Alright lets get ready for the day!" "Okay!" Lucifer gets a phone call. He grabs it and looks "oh shit" he hands Cody to Angel since hes the closet and walks away. "Hello, Morningstar." Angel holds Cody. "That doesnt seem good.." Cody looks up at him. "Whats wrong with daddy?" "I dont know im sure its okay! How about i help you get ready? Hm do you want Uncle Angel to get you ready?" "Yeah!!"

Angel walks to his room. "Holy shit thats alot of toys." He looks around "swear." Angel looks down around him. "What?" "Your swore. Papa doesnt like swearing." "Oh right sorry. What do you want to wear??" Cody climbs down and runs to his closet. "I wanna wear uh." He grabs a shirt with a duck on it and red pants. "No." He puts them back. "Mmm.." he grabs a tailcoat that looks like Lucifers but red and the rest of the pieces to go with. "These please!"
