Izuku had discovered a way to utilize his quirk without causing harm to himself, dubbing this new mode "Full Cowl." Over the next few hours, the hero student engaged in intense training sessions, sparing Against Grand Torino while Kai observed them.

"He is getting a better grasp of this new technique; he's even forcing Grandpa to dodge with more seriousness" Kai thought with prides as he followed the battle.

"You are doing better, kiddos, but..." Grand Torino's voice trailed off as he suddenly darted forward with lightning speed hitting Izuku harshly making him crash to the wall of the building "You are still too inexperienced" the veteran hero stated.

"Time's up. You can rest now" Kai announced as he looked at the watch on the wall.

Izuku leaned against the wall breathing heavily "Darn it, keeping it up is still difficult, but I'm now getting a better grasp of it," Izuku remarked between breaths. "But I still can't land a solid hit on him" Izuku thought with a bit if admiration and frustration

"You are doing better, brat, and now you don't destroy yourself while you fight," Grand Torino commented, a hint of approval in his voice. "But I still believe you need to develop more your fighting style" he said then turning to Kai "I thought you taught him something of martial arts"

"I tried" Kai said raising his hands "Anyway, First, we should eat."

Meanwhile, on Nighteye's agency, Momo, Mirio, and Nighteye are in the midst of a training session focused on improving Momo's predictive abilities. The room is filled with the sound of quick, practiced movements and the occasional thud as Momo spars with Mirio.

Momo, sweat glistening on her brow, watches Mirio with a focused intensity. Despite her progress, Mirio's agility and unpredictability prove challenging, and she struggles to anticipate his movements accurately. Mirio, sensing her frustration, offers a supportive smile.

"You're getting closer, Creati," Mirio says, panting slightly. "It took me a while to learn how to predict things, but it is also something you gain with experience."

Nighteye, observing from the sidelines with his characteristic serious expression, steps in. "Mirio's right, you've made significant strides in understanding how to use your quirk to predict movements and adapt to the situation. But predicting is different from reacting. You need to improve your reaction time and adapt quickly."

Momo nods, her determination unwavering. "I understand, sir. I'll keep working on it."

Nighteye places a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "Remember, predicting your opponent's moves is only part of the equation. You also need to adapt your strategies in real-time. It's not just about seeing the future; it's about how you act on that information."

Mirio chuckles. "Yeah, sometimes it's like you're trying to predict a moving target while it's also trying to outwit you."

Nighteye's gaze softens slightly. "Mirio, help Creati with her next exercise. Focus on throwing unexpected moves her way. Creati, try to use everything you've learned to anticipate and counter his attacks."

The training continued for both students as the sun started to set and now Izuku Kai and Grand Torino were getting outside of the building

"We're going to fight some villains now!" Grand Torino announced.

"Wait, aren't we advancing a little fast?" Izuku interjected, a hint of concern in his voice.

"We can't have you fighting grandpa all the time. You won't get used to fighting any different style and that will create bad habits," Kai explained.

"The next part of your training is for you to face different styles and situations," Grand Torino added.

"That makes sense," Izuku muttered quietly "but are you sure I'm ready for this?" He asked with nervousness
