As the dorm doors swung open and the cool night breeze trailed in behind them, the four returned heroes—Kai, Izuku, Kara, and Bakugo—stepped into the warm light of the Class 1-A common room.

Before they even made it two steps inside, a small voice rang out.

"Papa!!"

Eri, wearing her favorite oversized sweater and a determined smile, dashed across the room like a rocket and jumped into Kai's arms. He caught her effortlessly, spinning her once before holding her close.

"Aizawa-sensei said I can stay! He said I can start training my Quirk again with Mommy!" she beamed up at him, her horn poking gently against his chest.

Kai chuckled, eyes softening as he ruffled her snowy hair. "Of course you can, little one. You're going to do amazing." He pressed his forehead gently to hers. "Just like I always knew you would."

He turned to Aizawa, who was leaning against the wall with arms crossed. For a brief moment, Kai's voice dropped, quieter than usual. "Thank you, Eraser."

Aizawa didn't respond with words—just a single nod, his usual stoic face showing a flicker of something that might've been approval.

Across the room, Melissa sat on the couch, smiling as she stood to greet them, her eyes warm as they landed on Kai and Eri. The rest of Class 1-A—gathered in various clusters—greeted the group with tired but excited cheers.

"Welcome back, guys!" Mina waved.

"How'd training go?!" Denki asked, practically bouncing.

"Deku... you okay?" Iida adjusted his glasses, clearly still worried about the earlier events.

Izuku gave a sheepish grin and rubbed the back of his head. "Yeah. It was rough, but... I think I'm starting to understand it better now."

Kara stretched her arms behind her back, smirking. "He held his own. Even Bakugo didn't blow up too much."

"Shut it." Bakugo scoffed, but his voice lacked venom.

Eri hugged Kai tighter, whispering, "I'm going to be strong too... just like everyone else."

Kai kissed her forehead and whispered back, "You already are."

Kai looked over his shoulder at the room—his daughter safely in his arms, his team around him, and two young heroes on the cusp of something greater. His eyes landed on Izuku and Kara, both still catching their breath from the intense training earlier.

"I'll be waiting for you two at Titan Tower when the internship period begins," Kai said firmly, his voice carrying the weight of both promise and challenge. "We'll push your limits, master your quirks, and make sure this generation of heroes stands even taller."

Kara grinned, arms crossed. "You know we'll be there."

Izuku nodded eagerly, determined fire in his eyes. "Count on it. I want to understand everything about One For All—and I know you'll help me get there."

Kai then turned his gaze to the side, where Bakugo was leaning against the wall, arms crossed and scowling like always. But his sharp eyes met Kai's with a flicker of interest.

"And you," Kai said, a slight smirk tugging at the corner of his lips, "when you finally get that provisional license... you can join too."

Bakugo scoffed. "Tch. As if I'd be left behind." He stepped forward, his glare hard but full of fire. "I'll show up—and blow past everyone there."

Kai chuckled, giving him a nod of respect. "Good. That's the kind of energy I want. Just don't blow up my tower."

Ochako smiled softly, watching the trio as they made their way out of the dorm. "They make such a cute family," she murmured, her voice filled with a warmth that spread through the room.
