The sun hung high over the bustling city as Izuku, Eijiro, Ochako, Tsuyu, and Kara gathered their things and left U.A. for their Hero Work-Studies. The five of them walked together, their chatter light but tinged with curiosity. It didn't take long for the group to realize they were all heading the same way.

"Hey, isn't this kind of weird?" Eijiro asked, scratching the back of his head. "What're the odds we're all working the same beat?"

"I thought this was just for Ryukyu's agency," Ochako said, glancing at Tsuyu, who nodded in agreement.

"It is strange," Kara added, her eyes narrowing slightly. "Kai did mention we were going to work with Nighteye but....."

Izuku, ever the overthinker, began analyzing the situation. "If we're all heading to the same location, maybe there's some sort of joint operation going on?"

Their conversation was cut short when, upon turning the next corner, they spotted the unmistakable figures of the Big 3—Mirio, Nejire, and Tamaki—walking ahead. Mirio waved enthusiastically when he noticed them.

"Hey, guys!" he called out, his trademark grin lighting up his face. "Looks like we're all in this together, huh?"

Nejire floated closer, her hair flowing around her like a halo. "Isn't this exciting? I love team-ups! This is going to be so much fun!"

Tamaki mumbled something about "too many people," but he followed along dutifully.

The group continued onward, eventually arriving at a large, imposing building—Sir Nighteye's agency. Izuku's heart leaped with excitement and nerves. He had worked under Nighteye before, but this level of coordination was unprecedented.

Inside, they were led to a spacious conference room packed with familiar faces. Izuku's eyes widened as he scanned the room, spotting Pro Heroes of all ranks and notoriety.

Ryukyu stood near Fat Gum, both engaged in conversation with Gran Torino. Rock Lock leaned against a wall, arms crossed, while minor heroes like Kesagiri Man and Mr. Brave mingled nearby.

But the surprises didn't stop there. Near the front of the room stood Superman—Kai, Melissa and Nightwing, Hiroshi and Aria.

"Even Eraser Head's here," Eijiro muttered, nudging Izuku. Aizawa stood off to the side, observing the room with his usual stoic expression.

"What's going on here?" Tsuyu asked, her voice even but curious.

Mirio turned to them with an excited grin. "Sir Nighteye's hosting a massive strategy meeting. Something big's brewing, and it's going to need all of us."

The tension in the room was palpable as heroes settled into their seats. Nejire leaned toward Ryukyu, her curiosity getting the better of her. "What's going on, Ryukyu? Why are we all here?"

Ryukyu crossed her arms, her expression serious yet calm. "This is bigger than any of us anticipated. We've been brought in for a special case, something that could have a significant impact on society." She glanced at Nejire and the other trainees. "You're all included because you've proven yourselves capable. But stay sharp—this isn't a training exercise."

Before Nejire could respond, Sir Nighteye stepped to the front of the room, his piercing gaze silencing the murmurs. He adjusted his glasses and addressed the assembly.

"Ladies and gentlemen," he began, his tone as sharp as ever, "today we discuss a growing threat to hero society: the Yakuza organization known as the Shie Hassaikai."

The room stirred, a mix of surprise and understanding rippling through the crowd. Nighteye continued, gesturing to a screen where slides displayed images of Overhaul and his organization.
