•CYRUS POV 1 HOUR AGO•

I pull up at the gas station and sit in my car for a few minutes. Looking at text Ronnie just sent me , this would be the 7th message she's sent me so far. This one reads "Hey Cyrus just checking in , hope all is well with you" I throw my phone aside and get out the car locking it behind me. I quickly zip up my all black bubble coat and head inside the store.

"$40 on pump 3 , and lemme get 2 packs of backwoods.. the 5 pack" I say talking to the cashier
"What flavor?" He says in his strong accent "Honey bourbon" I say and I watch as he reaches for the woods and I tap my pockets for my phone , shit I left it in the car and I didn't bring any money with me "Be right back" I say as I quickly walk out the door and to my car. I can't believe I did that dumb shit I thought to myself.

I unlock my car door from my keys and reach in the drivers side to get my phone from the passenger seat grabbing it, I get back out my car and walk back inside without locking it. "$51.29" he says and I tap my phone on the register and it goes through , I grab my woods and head out the store. I look down at my phone reading Ronnie's messages again , *Boom* I bump into somebody hard and phone falls "Watch where the fuck your going GOOFY!" I shouted as I bend down to pick my phone up.

"Cyrus?" I look up and see it was bam , I look past her and noticed Mia was in the car with her phone in her hand. I look back at bam and don't say anything , I keep walking "Cyrus please talk to me! It's been too long , please!" She begs , "NO FUCK YOU" my voice deepen as I yelled in her face , She puts her head down "Cycy-" she began saying before I cut her off "Listen the only reason why you ain't dead is because I have love for your mom.. but all that shit over with ! Your dead to me ! Come near me , the trap or FBA and I'll kill you myself stupid!" I say before turning back around and heading to my car.

I roll my window down to spit , watching as bam walked into the store , I speed out of the gas station and make a quick call "Yoo boss what's good?" He says "Aye Tone I need you to get bam jumped out the FBA for me , get that nigga Lamar too" I say putting on my turn signal "Ohh shit bam?? Okay say no more" he says and he hangs up the phone. I didn't wanna do this but I was left no other choice , she better be lucky I'm not doing it myself I thought.

•RONNIES POV•

I wake up from my nap and wipe the sleep out my eyes before looking at my tv seeing it was 8:52pm and I was asleep for a few hours , I get up and check my phone seeing Cyrus finally opened all my messages and this was 17 minutes ago.. I get annoyed and text her again letting her know she was weird as shit for leaving me on read , that's when I noticed she read the message again so that let's me know she's in our messages right now.. I decided to call her .

*Ring ring ring ring rin-* she picks up the phone but doesn't say anything "Uh.. hello?" I say feeling a little dumb for calling her "what's up?" She says with no emotion in her voice , "I was just making sure your okay .. I see you've got my messages" I say putting the phone on speaker. "Oh that.. yeah I got them" she says and I shake my head "Okay.. why didn't you text me back letting me know you was okay at least, I mean I've been reaching out for a week now." I say feeling even more dumb than before.

"I've been meaning to text you back but I haven't had the time too.." she says and I instantly felt like that was a lie! "Is that about that night... - the kiss? If so , then you're being a little dramatic I must say" I say cutting to the point I heard her suck her teeth "can you not?" She says I heard her digging around for something "Cyrus we need to talk about-" she quickly cuts me off "Ronnie please let it goo , my god! It was a fucking little kiss you keep obsessing over-" she says before i cut her off "Bitch you came on to me ! So how am I obsessing over it ? I just wanna talk.. I feel like that's why you haven't been around" I say pacing back and forth.

"Ronnie I got real life shit going on ! My best friend just shot at me , and you think I'm worried about a goofy ass kiss we shared?!" She says sounding a little pissed , "I- you know what" *beep* I hang up on her feeling extremely annoyed , I head to my room turning on the light I honestly can't do the back and forth with her , she acts so stupid sometimes I thought to myself. I dig in the dresser for an outfit , I decided I was gonna take myself out , I wanna hit an arcade.. I grab my phone looking up the nearest Dave and Buster , I smile when I see it's 42mins away , thank god it wasn't farther or I wouldn't have gone.

I go to my contacts and look up Amira's name and click call. It rings for a few seconds before she answers "Hey Ronnie" she says , "Hey, you doing anything?" I say , I hear the phone move around before she finally answers "Nope just got done eating some Doritos sitting here playing Fortnite , why you good?" She says "Yeah I'm tryna go to Dave and Buster you wanna slide?" I say taking off my clothes quickly. "Yes , let me throw on something and I'll be over when I'm done" she said , "Okay take ya time bro" I say hanging up on her , I put my socks on first , then I grab a pair of boxers out my and walk over to the mirror , looking down at my naked body
I realized I needed to shave , I throw my my boxers on and finish getting dressed.

I go to the bathroom grabbing my tooth brush and quickly brush my teeth. I rinse my mouth out and hear a knock at the door , I hurry up and wipe my mouth with the towel and turn the light off as I head towards the living room. "Ready?" I say opening the door seeing it was actually Cyrus , my heart dropped "What are you doing here Cyrus??" I say genuinely confused as to how she got here so quick , it's only been 20 minutes since we got off the phone..

"Aye is You gonna let me in or not folks?" She says as she stood there holding a box a pizza with one hand as a small container sits on top , she had another bag in her hand as well.. "I-" I began to say , I'm in complete shock , I step aside and she kicks her crocs aside as she walks in , I shut the door behind her and watch as she carefully sets the box of pizza down on the coffee table in the living room.
