Only a few months passed since the gate between the two worlds were broken and they were now separated. Siren activity was once more back on the wall path and now, the Christmas season had finally returned, with Winter coating Azur Lane base in a nice blanket of snow. Meanwhile, at the Sakura Empire, Arashio was definitely with the leaders of their factions but not at her place. Instead, she was at where the two Nagato sisters lived along with Mikasa and Kawakaze. Since opening up about their relationship, Mutsu had taken to calling Queen Elizabeth as another sister and Kawakaze had accepted it as she felt this was her Lady Nagato's choice. Queen Elizabeth was on the floor kneeling before a tree in a Sakura-style school uniform being tied up by Arashio.
