The Flower and Major

Part 48

I was on the back of Jasper's bike holding onto him as he followed Edward and Bella. Rosie was with them in the back of the Volvo along with Jacob. Paul had stayed at the house to tell Charlie what was happening. After he had found out it took him days to come around. Jasper parked beside the Volvo in the Denali driveway.

He put the kickstand up before climbing off the bike heading to our cousins with Edward. I looked at Bella through the car window and she looked nervous as hell. I send her calming waves which she sent me a smile.

"Edward, Jasper." I heard Tanya greet the two. "Is everything alright? Why didn't you tell us you were coming?"

"Is it Irina?" Carmen asked. "Have you heard from her?" 

"Not directly." Edward shook his head.

"Why are your brides waiting in the car and on the back of the bike?" Eleazar asked. 

"And why have you brought a wolf with you?" Kate asked. "I can smell him from here." 

"Our family is in danger." Jasper says for the first time. "We need your help." 

"What's happened?" Carmen asked.

"It's hard to explain." Edward sighed.

"Just keep an open mind." Jasper added.

"Of course." Tanya nodded. 

I slipped off the back of the bike as Bella, Jacob, and the girls climb out the car. Rosie rushed over to me causing me to sling her onto my back before we make our way up. 

"The Volturi will come for us all!" Kate cried. 

"You get those things out of here." Tanya hissed.

"They're not what they look like." Edward snapped.

"This is a crime!" Tanya cried. 

My eyes widen as I see Kate grab ahold of Jasper sending him to his knees as she shocks him. I clutched onto Rosie's legs teleporting to them and yanked Kate backward by her hair.

"I will not hesitate to turn you into ash if you touch my husband like that again." I growled.

"Stay back." Bella hissed at Tanya.

"They have blood in their veins." Jasper says.

"You can also feel their warmth." Edward adds. "Jasper and I are their biological fathers and the twins are their mothers." 

"Impossible." Kate hissed.

I tilt my head giving her an icy glare as Rosie jumped down from my back. She walked in front of me protectively. I placed my hand in her curls calming her tiny growling down. 

"It's true." Bella says. "They were born when Meadow and I were still human." 

"I've never heard of such a thing." Eleazar says amazed. 

"They can show you." I offered. 

"If you let them." Jasper added placing a hand on my hip. 

"Tanya." Edward says. "You owe us this much. We're under a death sentence because your sister didn't let us explain." 

Jacob brought Renesmee closer to Tanya while Rosie looked up at Eleazar waiting for him to lock eyes with her. 

"Don't be afraid." Bella says. "This is how they communicate." 

"Eleazar you'll have to lock eyes with Rosie." I say gently. "She's slowly expanding her gift, but she can't grasp the concept of projecting it through touch yet." 

Eleazar locked eyes with Rosie while Tanya let Renesmee touch her face. They both froze for a few moments before Tanya gasps turning to her family along with Eleazar. 

"It's true." She says breathless. "They're not immortal."

The rest of our family were getting people to help us. Carlisle and Esme had brought home the Egyptian Coven. I stood off to the side with Bella and our husbands as Benjamin knelt on the ground in front of the girls. He had taken both of their hands together and made a tornado.

"Benjamin, can influence the elements." Edward says.

"So like Lily?" Bella asked.

"Yep." I say popping the 'P'. "Hey, Ben! Show me how you did that." 

I walked away from them toward Benjamin who smiled at me. 

"All you have to do is focus on the wind thinking of how you'd like it." He says. "You can do it with most elements."

"Hmm." I hummed before my eyes brightened.

I raised my hands moving them around in the air. I focused on all the elements. Before I clasped my hands together peeking inside. I grinned at it. Amun gave me a curious look. I opened them to reveal a rose encased in ice. 

"You're really talented." Amun smiled. "Too bad it's going to melt." 

"No it won't." I smiled at him. "I focused on what Ben had told me but also focused on it not melting." 

I handed it to Rosie who grinned rushing to Jasper to show it off. I smiled as he knelt down grinning brightly at her. I turned to Renesmee and quickly did the same thing but instead of a Rose it was a Daisy. I passed it to her and she did the same thing Rosie did. Show her father what I had created. 

My head snapped up hearing someone moving fast through the forest. I rushed over to my little family looking at Jasper who had picked Rosie up onto his hip. Two female vampires appeared from the trees.

"Who are they?" Bella asked. 

"Senna and Zafrina." Edward says. "From the Amazon."
