The Flower and Major

Part 22

I sat with Esme showing her some of my drawings I had done. It was only eleven thirty at night and Edward had went to see Bella. Jasper was across the room playing video games with Emmett, Maggie and Alice were cuddling and lastly Rose stood behind me running her fingers through my now cut hair.

"Edward called." Carlisle says coming out of his study. "Bella wants a family meeting."

Everyone nodded stopping what they were doing before rushing to stand by the stairs. I was stood in front of Jasper who had his arms around me. Edward and Bella came into the house looking at all of us. Edward looked annoyed while Bella looked determined. 

"You all know what I want." She says. "So, to be fair I'm putting up for a vote." 

I walked over to her linking my arm with hers. "Me too." I say.

"Shut up, Edward." Bella hissed at the protested. "Esme?"

"I already consider the both of you as daughters, so yes." Esme smiled at us while she hugged us. 

"Alice?" I turned to the Pixie. 

"You two are already my sisters!" She grinned skipping over. "So yes." 

"Jasper?" Bella asked. 

"I can't live without my Lily." Jasper says. "So yes. Plus it'll be good not wanting to kill you all the time." 

I laughed lightly at his joke. 

"Maggie?" I asked.

"Yes." She simply said.

"Rose?" Bella asked.

"I'm sorry to the both of you." She says. "But if I were to choose I'd say no. So I vote no." 

"Thank you." We told the girl. 

"Em-" I was cut off by Emmett running over picking us up spinning around.

"We can pick a fight with the Volturi another time." He says. "Hell yes." 

I laughed as he set us on our feet again as we turned to Carlisle. 

"Why are you doing this to me?" Edward groaned.

"I will not lose my son." Carlisle snapped. "You've chosen to not live without her." 

"Good, Alice said she could change me." Bella turned to her.

"Wait a damn minute, Isabella." I snapped causing her to look at me. 

"You will wait til graduation." I stated.

"Wha-" She started to protest.

I stood in front of her giving her a glare while pointing my finger in her face.

"Charlie literally just lost one of his best friends." I snapped. "The Volturi didn't give us a set date, you will be human until graduation or else I'm going to literally beat your ass into year 2030. Understand?"

"Yes Ma'am." Bella nodded looking down.

"Damn." Emmett says wide eyed. 

"Jasper." I say. "Take me home please. Dad wants me back by midnight." 

Jasper smiled taking me into his arms giving me a kiss.
